Jan 30,2025I took up the Showstopper subscription which included a free vase. This was a treat to myself. The Showstopper is advertised with each bouquet containing 7-9 varieties with 22-27 stems. 1st Bouquet - Xmas contained 7 varieties but only 19 stems. I received a replacement but identical number of stems. 2nd bouquet 06/01/2025 - 7 varieties with 20 stems, this is despite a member of customer services assuring me, by email, that this would contain 22 (the minimum) stems. Again, I received a replacement but still only 20 stems. 3rd bouquet 27/01/2025 - 8 varieties with 21 stems In summary 5 bouquets delivered, all of which fail to meet the minimum number of stems advertised. Having followed the arranging instructions, none of these bouquets were ever intended to have more than the delivered number of stems. The flowers have been of mixed quality, the single white chrysanthemums in the Xmas bouquet were stunning and beautifully netted for packing, others have been pretty poor specimens. To add insult to injury, I watched the latest "Freddie's" video clip on arranging this weeks flowers. Wow, I wish I had received the the same size and quality of roses he was using, sadly not. This has been a deeply disappointing experience and I have cancelled my subscription. Bottom line is that Freddie's Flowers is guilty of false advertising and miss-selling. I am going to do what I should have done from the start and that is support my local florist.

Jan 28,2025I had an issue with the first delivery going to wrong address, this was rectified within hours of me contacting them and the amazing customer service team sent me a replacement which I received the next day. They kept in touch by email and I give them 10/10 for communication and 10/10 for problem resolution. Aside from the brilliant customer service, which is often lacking, the actual quality of the flowers is stunningly impressive. I was reluctant to spend so much money on flowers for myself but ordered the showstopper to cheer myself up after a rough patch. They are the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever had. I keep smiling every time I see them. I am so impressed that I am going to continue with my subscription of the show stopper and may even increase the frequency of deliveries. For the price of a decent takeaway and a bottle of wine I can get a fortnight of floral joy

We received an absolutely stunning bouquet, just as high-quality as the first one. I appreciate that they tried to improve our experience and that they respect their customers, taking into account the feedback they’ve received.

Jan 28,2025I have used Freddie’s flowers for nearly 2 years, I love flower deliver day 💕💐 and the cats love string and new box day 📦 I found I was buying flowers in the supermarket weekly and they wouldn’t last the week most times. Changing to Freddie’s flowers was the best choice I made. My flowers last 3-4 weeks depending on the flower. Always arrive on time and if I ever have had any issue they have been dealt with things promptly. I love the instructions on how to arrange the flower's as I have zero creativity skills. Thank-you for brightening up my world 💐🌷🥀🌺🌸🌼🌹🪻

Jan 27,2025Nice selection of flowers in each order. Good quality flowers which last a long time despite arriving in the post. Tip – sometimes arrive in a dormant-like state so do use the flower food that comes with them

I have had 2 now, and they are beautiful and last so much longer than any other flowers I have had. It is such a treat. Delivery info, guidance and support is all brilliant. Well done on such fantastic service and of course the flowers.

Jan 25,2025Freddies flowers were excellent when DPD didn't deliver my birthday flowers from my son.A lady called Caitlin rearranged another bouquet for me and refunded my son ,so new flowers arrived a lovely big bouquet thank you very much Freddies Flowers a 5***** service Then I discovered 2 days later that a Hurricane vase had been left for my flowers too by Freddies Flowers absolutely wonderful I am delighted
