Feb 04,2025First heard about Freddie’s Flowers after receiving a bunch, they were beautiful and lasted a long time. I gifted my sister a bunch and they were lovely too and had a surprise bar of chocolate in there too. Most recently I sent some to a friend and she loved them. Really happy with the service and will definitely continue to use as alternative to florist. There’s a fantastic range to suit every budget and taste.

Feb 04,2025I love the flowers from Freddies Flowers, having had them regularly for several years. They arrive well packaged with excellent delivery notification, looking beautiful, and last so much longer than any others I've bought or been sent. I love the tips on how to arrange the stems. I've sent several bouquets as gifts, and they are always appreciated. I also value being able to have it on record I have a cat, so always get sent alternatives to lillies without having to worry.

Feb 03,2025I had my first Freddie’s flowers order delivered 1 month ago and wow I just can’t believe how beautiful the flowers are and YES they have lasted for the whole month, in fact they are still beautiful and can be kept but I’ve had my next delivery called Zeus and they are stunning!! I can not praise Freddie’s flowers enough, you get instructions of how to arrange them and it is so easy. Extremely happy customer

Feb 03,2025Last week I was contacted by Barnaby for feedback on an old subscription - he offered me a free delivery to show how things have improved since my last subscription which arrived on 31.1. 25 after the phone call he set up a new subscription without my consent to re activate an old account and today I note payment taken from my account as they have my account details on file.

Feb 01,2025I had high hopes for this subscription however it is by far the worst quality bouquets I've ever received. There's an option for lily free delivery. I selected it and was sent lillies anyway. My bouquet looked like something salvaged from the tip. This after I tried to cancel and was offered a discount to give them another go. Droopy roses, other flowers that had already shed their petals in the box, the only thing worth saving was the greens that are quite honestly bushes and are near indestructible. Stellar idea but very poor quality and an abject waste of money. Edit. The customer service rep I spoke to was very professional and friendly. Refund immediately sorted which I do appreciate. If only the flowers were as good as your customer service you'd be top tier. 5 stars for the customer service, sadly zero stars for the flowers.

Feb 01,2025Habe ein Blumenabo abgeschlossen und gestern die erste Lieferung erhalten. Die Blumen sahen bei Lieferung und Zusammstellung des Straußes ziemlich platt aus, ließen die Köpfe hängen, aber nach ein paar Stunden im Wasser sehen die Blumen spitze aus! Die Anleitung für das „Stecken“ des Straußes ist super hilfreich. Freue mich schon sehr auf die nächsten Lieferungen!

Jan 31,2025In January, a Freddie’s sales associate assured me that my account would transfer to the new system without charges or a subscription restart, as I had repeatedly expressed dissatisfaction. I was also told my payment details were not on file and reassured multiple times that I wouldn’t receive a package. Despite this, I was unexpectedly charged via PayPal and sent an order. I still can't cancel a subscription online due to their system, they also don't have any associates that can help me on a live chat and am waiting for an email reply about the issue. I want all my data to be deleted and NEVER again to be contacted by these scammers again.

Jan 30,2025My experience with fredddies flowers is only three months but to date I cannot praise you all enough- I have used the website and also the helpline. Both were excellent. Then there are the flowers themselves- they arrive with instructions on how to keep them and arrange them. We actually get excited about opening the box!! Last month we had 3 of the most stunning “moody blue” roses, along with a range of flowers that are still looking good two plus weeks ago.. I’m delighted with the service you provide and have now become a subscription member! Jane
