Spoke to Sean this morning on a prearranged phone call which happened on time. I had a number of queries relating to my renewal quotation and he was extremely patient, good humoured and explained everything clearly. I was extremely pleased to get an excellent price for my insurance and would recommend Freeway without hesitation.

Been with this company 2 years if I couldn't leave a star I wouldn't. Absolute disgrace today they phoned at 13.45 to tell me if I couldn't supply them with a utility bill or bank statement regarding my address they will cancel my insurance at 15.00 I explained that I only moved in a week ago and no utility bills have been sent out yet. I had already sent my licence and log book to confirm my address but made no difference. Stay well clear of them if you want a decent service plus I had already paid the full amount but were charged a cancellation fee what a con they are

Definitely not renewing with you :) Waited 1 hour in a call and then they hung up to me saying to check the website xd. Terrible customer service. You can't get in touch with them. When I reached out to them they couldn't send me the NCB that they HAD to send me before renewing, which they missed doing so. And on top of that their renewal price is higher than the previous year. Quickly checked another companies and immediately found quotes with more than £700 cheaper. Bye bye update: They flagged my review for a fake review haha I had to send proof to trustpilot to keep it. Jokers!
