I'm a loyal client of Freeway for 3 years and every year your customer service and care goes up a notch in excellence. Heather rung me yesterday on my shopping run offering me a Taxi renewal quote but being so busy I could not continue with the call. Heather assured me she shall call me pronto today and true to her word rung me precisely at the time I asked her to call me. Heather has successfully renewed my policy today, 09/08/2022, with professionalism and a duty of care. Heather has been exceptionally brilliant and has single-handedly retained me as a customer, because I was thinking of trying other insurances with cheaper quotes that were being recommend to me. Its been a pleasure doing business with Freeway but most importantly, thanks to Heather, I have paid slightly more with freeway than what other insurances were offering me but I'm better off with the devil I know than an angel I don't! No hidden costs with Freeway, what they quote is what you pay.
