Got my renewal which was too expensive ,then they quote me 0.88 pence cheaper than a different insurer when they know i can get it cheaper, fair enough , then when i go to renew with Freeway they change the price and what was included in thier original quote, in my 12 years of getting taxi insurance a quote is valid for a month ,first time ever it has changed, tried to tell me public liabilty was not included when originally it was and no claims protection is not included when originally it was, even had an email from Sean Tither stating the fact that my NC bonus was protected , stay well away from this company.

Rang up to renew my insurance policy, the guy was very helpful sorry I forgot his name. But it was all sorted within 8 minutes. Thank you freeway insurance

Documents sent to me but did not include Insurance Certificate. Requested this to be sent and was sent certificate for previous year. Telephoned at 9.01am only to be told the office was closed (opening hours 9am- 5.30pm) requested call back, this had not been received by lunch time. Telephoned again to a recorded message saying wait times up to 20 mins if call is urgent please wait. Wait time is now 55 minutes. Have dealt with Freeway for several years and up to this point have found their service great, but unfortunately very disappointing on this occasion.
