Apr 20,2023My renewal came, according to their new system no need to talk enter all the details Renewal happen automatically spoke to chat all confirmed send me the certificate. After that they don't know about my points even i enter my check code. After 2 days time they cancelled because they don't know about my points. Lost more than £750. The 450 more than previous year as well. Stay away from Freeway. They rip off

Mar 09,2023I was with them for a year.They took the money and kept me “busy” with texts to recommend them further.THEY ARE POOR ! And then ..for more than 14 days they persuaded me to stay with them.I made the payment in full 3 days before my renewal- and they declined…I was in they data base for a year and nobody realised that I have less than 10y of UK driving licence.So that put me in financial difficulties, not to mention the amount of stress -PAUSE.ASK YOURSELF- CAN YOUR INSURANCE DO THAT ? We should discuss this with UBER to reconsider if they are worth to be shortlisted.
