Jun 16,2022Recent experience was poor hence the 2 star. However overall experience with the company I’d say they are a 4/5 star rated company over the past 4 years. The reason for the 2 star was simply because of not being able to get hold of them. As you can tell from a lot of recent reviews, many people have been stuck on hold for a long time and then the phone just cuts off. This can get very frustrating when your renewal is due within a week and you need the insurance sorted to continue making a Living. Luckily for me, I eventually contacted them via WhatsApp, gave them my details and they got someone to call me back pretty quickly (within half hour) and I got my insurance sorted. However, documents had incorrect information on them so had to contact again and wait for this to be fixed. Finally, price in renewal was quite high considering what other companies were offering. After speaking to someone and letting them know about other prices I’ve been given using ‘go compare’ they reduced the price. They didn’t match the cheapest quote I was given, however the price they gave me was in the range of other companies so I was happy to renew.
