Feb 19,2018I was very disappointed when I saw the poor quality of my two prints. I paid over $30 for two 10x10s. The tone was very bad. Muddy. Lost the highlights too. I won't be returning. I was contacted by Fromex after they saw my review. They went out of their way to find out how they could improve upon the prints. They sent me 3 small samples of each print and had me choose one, then they printed them and overnighted them to me. This company is very driven to keep customers happy. The updated prints did show improvement.

Jun 22,2017The photo quality of the black and white prints were equal to new studio quality on an original print. I wish they had a cropping tool to size down photos online, but they do have the main controls such as contrast and dark controls. It was reasonably fast, maybe a week. I wanted colors in black and white that were true and will not fade like color chemicals, and I will upload more digital copies to print once I get my son to crop some old family photos down to size. I highly recommend this company.
