Aug 19,2021Purchased sofa set from furco which has developed a structural issue after only 11 months and very little use, daily phone calls and emails which are never answered, aftercare team of the worst standard and trying to renege on my 12 months warranty. This company has no customer respect or value, products are shoddy. Avoid at all costs!!. Now commencing legal action.

Aug 19,2021Well, thank goodness I hired a flat pack assembly company to do these wardrobes. Furco call this model Mabel, but don't be confused they are actually called Sycylia, made in Poland and sold under this name on other websites at a much lower cost. The instructions are useless, and my workman had to add brackets to the first assembly stage to make it actually stay together. Anyway that issue solved but more to follow, holes had to be redrilled and the the drawers were simply manufactured with holes for fittings in the wrong place requiring an expert to correct. Frankly assembly was a nightmare and took 6 hours for a professional to put right and assemble but the final wardrobes are absolutely gorgeous. Furco are well aware that the assembly instructions are rubbish because after research done today I found there are loads of reviews mentioning this fact and also about the actual putting together being a mare. And then to cap it off. I noticed today that the 7% discount I was given on my original order has been removed and furthermore a £50 delivery charge because I opted for finance instead of pay upfront. None of this was made clear and was certainly never mentioned during my numerous calls ordering and chasing delivery. Why was my 7% discount removed, I wasn't made aware!! Why charge £50 for delivery if you opt for finance? I should have studied my invoice because the costing was different from my order confirmation, again, WHY?? Anyway, to summarise, really difficult product to assemble and if looking for reviews look for Sycylia, that's the manufactures model name. Furco, as far as I'm concerned should make there policies clear, specifically regarding extra charges and removal of discounts if you actually speak to them regarding your order. Once assembled, WOW it looks FABULOUS.

Aug 12,2021Ordering from furco a beautiful bed ,, seen a discount code for 10%off with spring10 but when applied it would not go through the code was valid till 2022 on website but got a 7% discount which covered the p&p of £50 ,, all in all a nice bed

Aug 10,2021Had a corner sofa and had a lot of trouble with it it as had two new cushions and it looks a mass and keeps getting bits on it you get them off and they come back they said it is something in my house trying to complain but the aftercare are never there this was in 2021 we are now in 2024 I had to get rid of it as you would not sort it out you are a bit late with this

Jul 21,2021great online experience and I was happy with the purchase but when I first saw the sofa on google it said free delivery and then at the online checkout it said there is a £50 delivery charge to be paid... I don't think this is unreasonable but it should've been displayed at an earlier stage in the buying process. I will write a separate review of the sofa when It comes.
