Worst company ever, wont send any emails, have been in touch with ombudsman, trading standards and my bank as refusing a full fefund. absolute joke of a company, please no one buy from them!! read the bad reviews and dont go through what we have!

This company is disgusting! Sell damaged goods and ignore your calls and emails. This place is not run by professionals and I don’t understand how they think it’s acceptable behavior to be honest. Sent pictures on email of all the damage they couldn’t care less said I signed for it. I signed for delivery (it was double wrapped ) not for damage. I asked if they would take packaging so I could check but they couldn’t wait to get of. They also send back emails trying to be clever and mocking. I’m taking this further as paid £1295 cash for a sofa that is scuffed and damaged, doesn’t pull out flat so carnt be used as a sofa bed Shop else where ! Give people with manners and compassion your money. Also don’t believe all the good fake reviews!!

Ordered a bed, after placing the order no contact from them, could not get any response by telephone or email. Lucky I paid via Paypal who investigated into my problem and issued a full refund. Seems strange but suddenly the phone has not stopped asking me to pay (they must be insane) Furco cannot understand why Paypal stopped the payment when they could not provide a tracking number?

A very professional company, ordered with ease by telephone and paid cash on delivery. We got a telephone call two days prior to inform us of the day and time it would be delivered and it was exactly right, received a call on the day to say they would arrive in twenty minutes and they did, they assembled the sofa and chairs and took the packaging away, the lads were the most polite and helpful people i have ever met, Ten days from ordering to delivery ,credit where credit is due. they are a credit to the retail world you will not be dissapointed.

ordered a bed and a dresser set for each of my daughters. they absolutely love their new additions to their rooms. will be back for more beds once we have the rest of the house sorted.

ordered a sofa june last year within a few months two of the seat cushions zips bust and also the scatter back cushion broke, been in touch so many times was told to take it through whatsapp wich i did. was told january of this year they would come and repair the cushions heard nothing since then iv been told to speak to the aftercare team who never get back to you and now iv been blocked from there facebook page as this is the only way i can communicate with anyone there, sofas are cheap and nasty and now i’m out of my 12 month warranty which is why i think they have kept me hanging, absolute set of con men

If I could give 0 stars I would. *edit* PayPal have closed the dispute and have sided with me - full refund due to PayPal involvement. If you have to use this company go via PayPal. The only way you're safe Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered as I needed a new sofa ASAP, order confirmation states 5 to 7 days possible delay due to corona. I called a few times and noone could give me a date because as I live in Wales it was a external courier. This was even out of the 5 to 7 working days for the delivery not a single idea of a delivery date could be given. So I cancelled. They are now trying to charge me a despatch fee because the couriers called last night (2 full working days after cancellation) to advise of delivery date. Absolutely not. To add insult to injury the adviser kept calling me 'dear' in the phone. I'm still waiting for any sort of refund. I will be taking it further through PayPal and Trading standards. I'd avoid at all costs

Now. I found this circular tree bench on another website. It was out of stock, had long delivery waiting, and with delivery charges was significantly more pricey. Having found it with FURCO in stock and competitively priced I wish I'd found it here first and saved me a lot of grief. Can't wait for it to arrive. Ordered mid June. Delivery delayed. Twice. Latest offer September. Summer garden furniture as Autumn arrives!? Cancelled order at end of July. 14 days on now can't wait for my refund to arrive.

I placed an order which I was contacted to say would be delayed. I completely understand delays due to Covid 19 , however we ordered due to the 4 week time frame stated on the website, and the delay would add another 4 weeks minimum. They tried to find us alternatives however we didn’t like any of them. We politely asked to cancel the order and was ignored via the what’s app chat (the message was read) and via emails. I rang to ask them to confirm that my order was cancelled and my £1100 would be returned. Their responses was “you will be acknowledged in 1-3 working days”. Now I believe the response should have been “yes of course, the refund will be processed and you will receive this in 3-5 working days”. Every time I asked them to confirm there and then they just kept saying someone will acknowledge you in so many working days. I asked to speak to a manager to of course be told they are not available. So I have been left worrying and wondering when and if I will get my money back. Terrible customer service and wouldn’t recommend to anybody

Order a bed from them 2 weeks ago, it supposed to come with 5/7 working days as it says on the website but later they email me it’s gonna take 6/8 weeks. Instead they offered me expensive one, if I had to order the expensive one I didn’t need to order the one I like. On the website they also saying £20 subscription off. I emailed them many times to refund £20 as promised on the website but no luck. I also call their customer service to track my order, they said they will track my order ASAP and contact me but it’s more than a week now I haven’t heard anything from them. Also before I place the order I gave them a call just to confirm the delivery date and they said it’s gonna take not more than 5/7 days. Too bad customer service.

I would avoid this company, we have ordered reclining sofas and the reclining bit broke on one of them after few weeks . Despite sending loads of emails and phone calls my sofa is still broken absolute waste of money . I wish they would just take them and give me my money back so I could get them somewhere else. Now I’m stuck with a broken sofa .

Update This company is challenging this review, saying I have reviewed the wrong company. I have provided Trustpilot with a copy of my telephone bill clearly showing the telephone number displayed on their website and a 5.25 minute phone call! Irrefutable proof I would say! Check very carefully before ordering online from this company! I found some dining chairs on their website which offered "Free UK Delivery" and a further 10% off if their discount code was applied. On reaching the checkout I discovered that their calculations for 10% off an order of £438 amounted to £36.50. When I went to school it would have been £43.80. However, the real shocker was that they were trying to charge me £50 delivery to North Shropshire (not exactly in the middle of nowhere)! I phoned them up to query these matters. Regarding the discounted discount I was told to submit the order online and they would sort the difference out with me later. Really? You are a faceless online company, why would I trust you to do that?! After querying the delivery charge I was read their delivery policy which excluded Scotland and some parts of Wales. "That's okay I said, I live in England." However, I was told that because I live approximately 5 miles from Wales I too would have to pay a £50 delivery charge. Needless to say I have not placed the order with them. They lost my trust at the first hurdle. Check any online orders carefully as I doubt they achieved high scores in their maths or geography exams at school!

The wardrobe I purchased did not look like the one on the picture at all! The quality is really poor and there are black paint/scratch on quite few parts which did not come off. I'm regretting not paying just a couple handreds extra to buy it from Made.com.
