After experiencing shocking service from 2 other sofa companies, I'm so glad I found Furco! Delivery was much quicker than expected and the two delivery guys were fantastic, really helpful and efficient, even taking all the cardboard and wrapping to the bin. Would highly recommend

AVOID this company! I have had no choice but to SUE these people today as a result of completely breaching my consumer rights to show that I mean business. Ordered a wardrobe 3 months ago, was sent the WRONG item 2-3 weeks later. Cost me £60 in handyman fees on top of it. My emails and calls were ignored to get it exchanged, the person I managed to get a hold of eventually spoke next to no English and was extremely rude. At this point I just wanted my money back instead of an exchange and it took them a WHOLE MONTH to come collect it, even that only happened because I threatened to sue. They came and collected and now they’re withholding my money and REFUSE to acknowledge that they collected. Trading standards have been notified in the process, hopefully they shut them down. FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!! - suspiciously only English sounding names and systematically one a day uploaded. Months of my life I’m never getting back having to deal with these SCAMMERS. Sued them and won. There you go.
