Jul 30,2024Sold me land in Spean Bridge, which they suggested would be ideal for a camping pod. Not only did it turn out to be on a Site of Special interest it also hand a Council enforcement order on it, which I now have to put right. And it was far too expensive for a bit of frankly useless land. I am so angry, I was rushed into signing and I now thing in hindsight this was deliberate to not give me enough time to work out that the advert for the plot was full of lies!! It's my error but I was misled badly by this mickey-mouse outfit. BEWARE

Jul 23,2024Complete scam company that is willing to engage in fraudulent behaviour! Entered into a contract then tried to apply additional fees and charges that were never stated prior. I read the reviews, wish I'd listened to them, stay well clear if you want to actually end up with the lot you are buying!

Jun 23,2024same experience as others. I was the highest bidder' then 'the seller changed their mind' but the property is back on. lol. Also if you look at some of the 5 star reviews, they are worded like an advertisment rather than a real review. Maybe that's their marketing. Make up fake reviews? Another time I bought a property from them, but they had taken a picture of the property next to it rather than the actual property which was a mess. Managed to get my deposit back but I think going forward I will stay well clear of them. I think they place bids on properties themselves so some donut puts in a higher bid and then that persons journey of regret begins. I also emailed them telling them a piece of land at loch lommond could not be built on and they were advertising it as it could be. They never contacted me back. I feel sorry for anyone who bought it. I looked into it and it was in the papers about not being able to build on it.

Jun 11,2024I would strongly advise anyone against doing business with these gutter sharks. I foolishly just bought a flat from them and I consider them now borderline scammers and or thieves the way they operate. Very predatory in their terms and conditions. Like a loan shark company or other really gutter like company, like private parking cowboys. It was my first and last time dealing with them. Pay heed to the volumes of negative reviews and be very suspicious of the positive ones. They are awful. If your lawyer makes one mistake or delay they have all these penalties. They are gougers. Don’t enter any agreement with them. It is guaranteed to be horrendous for you. ps the reviews are all 1 star or 5 star! do me a favour. All the five stars are fakes. This is a scammer company. I have now no doubt.

May 21,2024Buyer Beware Avoid this One! We bought a property agreed on the price and paid the deposit. Then the next month we were shocked to see the property listed again and they just emailed us to say the customer changed their mind. Shocked that this company has complete disregard for agreements and any professional way of working or standards. Avoid as if you buy it can just be listed again without your notice.

Examples: 75 Skirving st Sandy had two flats in the same building she robbed out of £52000 pounds the home report valued each property at £149,000 she ended up with £75000 for each flat Sandy is an eighty year old lady stay well clear of this Company I have all the emails to back up my statements

Apr 28,2024Bad experience be careful of Land for sale in Achnabobane Spean bridge PH34 4EX The land is being advertised as being able to put Caravan, chalet holiday Accomodation for your use. This Land is Protected By scientific interest.The land is Managed by the highland council and Scottish Forestry , you are not allowed to place anything on it not even a tent beware.You will be wasting your money the advertisement is misleading.Please watch Police video youtube of SSSi destruction in Achnabobane / Spean Bridge.

Apr 22,2024Disgusting ignorant cowboys playing at running a business. You don't receive this many bad reviews simply by chance. Pay heed and avoid at all costs! They are the rudest team of individuals i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. God forbid you ask a question regarding one of their properties - they just refer you back to the website. They have stated several times on responses to negative feedback that buyers should do their 'due diligence' but its like trying to get blood out of a stone even attempting due diligence. Wont verify why a seller is selling, wont allow surveys... what you trying to hide? Red flags everywhere. Use an auction site with better customer reviews, and a team that want to do right by the buyer and seller. Sharks at best...

Mar 27,2024Don’t trust FUTURE AUCTIONS THERE A SCAM I SENT THEM £5400 deposit for a site in scotland then they came back and mentioned seller did not authorise them Then I bid on a plot in London which FUTURE MENTIONED EMPTY PLOT TRANSFERED THE DEPOSIT £5400 WENT THERE THE PLOT IS FULL OF CARAVANS Now I’m asking my deposit back THERE REJECTING IT FUTURE AUCTIONS ARE A SCAM KEEP AWAY FROM THEM #futureauctionscam

Mar 20,2024I bought a property by this future property auction company i knew when i bought its blind but you know what they put on advert ao thats why you put blind bid it was say on future property auction advert just water ingress above the shop window but it wasnt water leakin all over the walls because of the outseide stone walls and then i comment that on they website excatly same i do copy and paste so can see be honest : I just bought a property 2 weeks ago and it says on future property auction advert there is water leakin below the window but not window its cumin all over the walls outside wall and roof so at least u could tell the truth what the excatly problem is you get like £5.000 from me i bought that property then i have to spend maybe more then that amount of money to replace it and fix problems .. Feb 26,2024Tried to buy a bit of land through them, went and viewed the land phoned them up asked some questions regarding the land and sale, one of the questions was if the land had any clawback agreement or any encumbrances, was told by them repeatedly on the phone that the land did not have a clawback agreement so went ahead and purchased it at auction only to find out afterwards that the land in fact did have a clawback agreement and a pretty bad one at that for a period of 15 years, this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing and no legal pack was available from them prior to the auction, they also decided to change the contribution to sellers costs from £1750 that was stated on the listing mysteriously to £4000 when the roup came through, this is pretty disgusting behaviour and conduct from what is supposed to be a large auction house and basically I imagine constitutes fraud or at least something similar. Would not use them again they have the worst reputation possible it turns out within the industry. Now I’m down just under 7k because they can’t give accurate information on properties they are selling and also breach contract by changing terms after sales with no communication or agreement.

Feb 23,2024Bought what we thought we had bid on ....paid fees and deposit....then contact to say that it wasn't available because had already been sold to someone else ....they admitted fault but are saying they will not pay the legal fees that have been incurred which they said we had to do to retrieve our money back this was not the vendors fault as he advised future property auctions to sell on their behalf ....DO NOT BELIEVE OR TRUST 😡😡

Aug 08,2024I feel future property auctions have a great verity of properties and land they also make buying or selling a property with them very easy and straight forward and there customer service is excellent with a very personal touch they also make the buying and selling total costs very clear so you know beforehand what you will have to pay they are a extremely professional outfit
