Aug 22,2023If I could give no stars I would!! Do not touch this company. As soon as they have your money that’s it! Our lawyer has been constantly trying to get hold of sellers lawyers will no prevail. So phoned and got told our lawyer should try harder! We have had no correspondence at all back from the seller/sellers solicitors. We have tried and so has our solicitor… how these crooks manage to get away with this. We have done everything asked yet it’s looking like we could lose almost 7k for what seems like a huge con!! Yet we have done everything we have been told to do!!! Scammers!! Stay away!!! Update! Spoken several times to future property auctions, so has our lawyer, we have spoken to the sellers lawyer several times also, who have stated he has not been told to go ahead wiith iit. Let’s hope now that we get a full refund 😬 let’s hope future property auctions are true to their word! Update again soon!

Jul 26,2023They advertised a property which had no pics of the property inside, as the seller hadn't provided a set of keys. Apparently this can be typical. They set a guide price, and I asked if they would accept an offer in the region of the guide price, and they said no, that they would need an offer which was 50% above the guide price. Guide was £14k, they wanted offers c. £20k. So the guide price is inaccurate, and just to pull you in. It might have been worth a gamble at £14k, but not at £20k, as you have no idea what needs doing inside. I called to ask about the legal pack and they said it just arrived this morning, and when I called back I spoke to someone else, who said they didn't have it, sounds like someone spoke out of turn. Anyhow it has put me off dealing with them, I smell a rat, and these other reviews have confirmed this. Shame on you doing business this way.

Jul 17,2023I recently purchased a plot of land through Future Auctions. I'm a first-time buyer, and to say I was nervous would be an understatement. I was even more nervous when I read the reviews online, and even said as much in a call to Future Auctions. Over the space of several hours, while the auction was going on, I bombarded them with emails and calls, which they were quick to answer, and despite my obvious nerves, they were patient and communicative and took the time to clearly explain everything. The whole process ran smoothly, and I'm now the proud owner of a beautiful plot of land in Scotland. The negative reviews were deeply unsettling, so here's a positive one to reassure others hoping to go down the auction route.
