These people are nothing more than crooks. They will tell you all sorts of lies over the phone to obtain a deposit and fees . They will demand you pay this via bank transfer so you cannot get this back via the bank. They don’t offer any other option to pay other than bank transfer. As soon as they have your money the agent who you dealt with disappears and refuses to answer any calls or txts . They tell you, you have 28 days to pay the final balance then cut it to 15 days without informing you. They will lie just about everything to get your deposit then after they have it , treat you like dirt. If you are looking to have your money stolen then this is the company to deal with. They are nothing more than crooks who should be locked up . Hopefully this will happen sooner rather than later as the police, trading standards , and the property ombudsman are all aware of what they are up to.

You might be able to demand trust pilot to remove my review but I’m happy to paste my story back here again. What did they lie to you about? ——They lied about the how the property is available to move in as soon as I purchase it, also lied about deadline time, they shortened the deadline from 28 days to 15 days. Then they forged a receipt paper with added terms and conditions on to avoid paying my deposit back. You have stated that they used the excuse that you missed your deadline. Did you miss the deadline that they mentioned? ——-Yes they did shortened the deadline after I went back to continue to pay the rest of money for that property, but they told me that I’m expired, i have never received any notifications indeed, future property auction and property solicitor has made a decision behind my back. You have selected that you believe the treatment is linked to your race. Why do you believe this? Do you have any proof of this?—— They(future property auction and mov8 solicitor)have ghosted me after I tried to find out more ways of explaining for how everything works, for example :I wanted to know what happens if I’m not able to pay the rest of the payment? Is that possible if I swap my property to a better property on their listing, i was more than happy to pay extra .But they seemed very impatient and assumed that I’m done with the deal, so they told each other that I dropped the deal, and ghosted me. I can see it as a racial discrimination, because they think the way I talk is disgraceful and that’s because I’m a Chinese , and that’s how we complete a deal, always asking questions and comparing , that is how Chinese complete a deal. So if you don’t agree with the way I talk , the way I think, it is discrimination toward my race.

Crooks - full of stories and lies. Had attempted to pursue North Lodge in Airdrie which was suddenly removed from auction. Future Property advisors stated this was due to a 'legal issue' and the property would be relisted. This never happened and the property mysteriously sold. Do not deal with this company.

Those who know, know! This company is a fraudulent scam who keep all your deposits with no refund or property. Properties are sold over and over again and the poor souls who deal with them are in for the best insults, totally ignored or even better bullied into parting with more hard earned cash. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Find another property as any you see on their auctions are unlikely to be real or worth the heart attack you may have with the stress.

I bid on a property today and my bid was accepted. Then I got an invoice for what my deposit should be and once I started asking questions about the property and paying the deposit I never did hear back from them. I am usually a very cautious person, but I should’ve done my homework and checked out this company before I made the bide. Once they stopped responding to me and I started researching them and realized I had made a mistake. Thank goodness I had not transferred any money yet.

Great waste of time and money ! Would be better if I just burned my money instead of paying them! I paid deposit day 1 and been told to pay the rest within 28 days, so I called my mom to get me money but it was lockdown in China, no bank works until the very day lockdown lifted, I have got the money on day 20th so I thought I better to finish the payment. So I called and found out I was expired to the deadline. They have never informed me before the deadline, they says my deadline was within 15days. And what about 28days? Future property auction had broken their own terms and conditions,And kept misleading us and the ombudsman that I’m the one to blame . After they know I’m a Chinese they took the deposit as quick as possible and avoided me like a COVID bomb, expecting me to stay silent about their mistakes and lies. They have made up their own terms and conditions with no authority approved ,as ombudsman failed to show the evidence whether this company’s terms and conditions are lawful. They are fearlessly make up rules however they like. I read the reviews on trust pilot, and Google maps, there are so many more of us been scammed by them. Good hard earned money would be better to flush into toilet than dealing with these criminals.I was doing this because they refuse to pay back my deposit, and letting people know the true faces of theirs . After they broke the term and conditions, and moved my signature from the receipt I signed, into a contract highlighted the terms and conditions expected me and ombudsman to buy it ,but they even got the date wrong, only thing I have signed was a receipt of my payment which was dated 1st of September, they doing so to get away from trading standers , property ombudsman and police. Ombudsman is not helping in this case so don’t get your hopes on ombudsman, it will only waste of your time, they believed a photoshopped digital draft rather than my honest telling.I will not stay quiet and will let everyone know about future property auctions fraud activities. Give the pressure to trust pilots and demanding me to change my words to you after you won the ombudsman? Stop flattering yourself better be gone before the true justice come , you are going to loose a lot of more money by doing business without trust.

Poor form of an auction organisation. Avoid at all cost. I have not heard of an auction house that accepts a valid highest bid, that reaches the reserve price, accepts the down payment on receipt and then cancels it. They are a poor form of an auction house and must be avoided. Do not waste your time.

What a shower of absolute crooks! They've no interest in helping out those scammed by unscrupulous sellers, there's no buyer protection whatsoever, just a shrug of their shoulders and an offer of a reduced fee if you want to sell it on. Avoid at all costs!

AVOID IT BY ALL MEANS. Fraudsters!!! Do Not lose your hard-earned money It is shocking to see that these kinds of businesses can trade and steal people's money. Where's the law to police them? The auctioneering business is fraudulent so are the properties and the trades. I lost £1000's and learned my lesson the hard way. Please search the property records to ensure there aren't any issues. Use a conveyancer to find out before you bid, and it will help save you time and money They don't provide many details, and there are properties out there which have received dangerous building and demolition notices, and these information are not shared. Big time criminals. So beware, if you bid and succeed, you pay for nothing and will lose all your money.

I did report them to the police because they gave me my £10000 deposit back eventually 12 months later after fighting They had broken their own terms and conditions They did not profit from the Allegation fraud So could not prosecute

Please avoid this place! The person we dealt with used to be the General Manager. He is a liar and a thief and as we know the fish always rots from the head. So I can only image what the rest of the business is like. He uses bullying tactics to push you into a purchase. I wish I had the resources to take these people to court as I have lost 1000's of pounds as I was forced into a sale. They don't get surveys for their properties as they are unsellable and when asked as to why they don't I was advised because the property is below a particular value. This is not true. I see someone is taking them to the ombudsman. Please do. It's too late for me, but they are taking advantage of first home buyers and people that are unaware of the loopholes in the property market. EDIT TO REPLY: It's taken you a year to reply back to this, which shows the type of service you provide. You also don't provide any building surveys (which is shady) and shows the type of properties you sell. Like to hide behind the greyness of the law. So many news articles about your shady practices. Reinforces buyer beware.
