Jul 24,2018Great hotel. Great location. Everything is nearby. Very helpful staff. I could find everything at the front desk. The hotel is clean, just remember to put your towels in the bathtub.... I realy enjoyed my time in Berlin, and the hotel made it even better

Jul 24,2018The hotel was fine but was not aware of that they received bookings from galahotels.com. The pre-paid airport pick up did not show up. The customer service numbers listed on my vouchers either didn't answer, or told me to wait for another 15 minutes and then call back. Which I did, for two hours. After I returned home, I sent in a complaint and sent the papers they requested, but nothing has been done, and I have received no response to many inquires. I will not use or recommend this company.

Jul 23,2018Das Hotel ist grundsĂ€tzlich super. Wir hatten uns zunĂ€chst gewundert, dass dies nur 3 Sterne hat. Tolle Lage, schönes Haus, schöne groĂe Zimmer, FrĂŒhstĂŒck okay. Allerdings waren in den Zimmern die Matratzen extrem durchgelegen und diverse SanitĂ€reinrichtungen defekt. Waschbecken gebrochen, Duschtasse vermackelt, Fön defekt etc. Besonders Ă€rgerlich, alles mit ein paar hundert Euro reparabel. Wen das nicht stört, gut Wahl.
