Feb 09,2016I absolutely love my controller its my one and only controller now it is gorgeous and it was alittle hard to figure out the buttons for the mods but now since i got it, its amazing it didnt even take me that long to get the buttons down either but absolutely amazing job thank you so much

Feb 08,2016When i purchased my modded PS4 controller, it was projected to ship within two weeks of my purhcase date but it actually took over 3 weeks before Gamermodz could ship out my controller. I had emailed the Gamermodz customer service team at the end of the second week & received a reply stating that they were running a bit behind schedule but my controller would be shipped out early next week, which didn't happen obviously... When my controller arrived, it did not come with instructions but i was provided with a link to which where the instructions were available (not too bad). I like to play with a tactical layout with my R1/L1 & R2/L2 buttons flipped and found out that the rapid fire mod does not work with the buttons flipped, which i was not too happy about as there was no mention about it during the controller options setup phase. Aside from that, the other mods seem to work pretty well and the two extra buttons on the back of the controller were pretty comfortable to use. ***UPDATE 4/4/2016 "The controller now has the ability to flip layouts!!!! Contact us and we can work with you on getting updated code on the controller." So after seeing this reply from a GamerModz representative to my review... i called their customer support line to see how they could get the updated code on my controller so i can use the flip layout with the features of the controller. Guess what? They actually pulled through, the controller features now work with FLIP LAYOUTS!!!! But then again... i would have to send in my controller and pay an extra $20 for it because apparently they don't do anything for free, according to the representative on the phone... LOL, seems like this company is out of their mind trying to charge extra for something should have been working already (because during the time of purchase there was no mention that flip layout controllers would not be able to work with all the features i paid for on the controller...). After talking with the GamerModz representative, it seems like this company just wants to nickel and dime anyone that buys any of their falsely advertised products....as if $160 was not enough to buy their product, they make you wait over a month and a half's time to get it to you, and then you receive a product that doesn't do everything it said it would, then over a month and a half later they say it supposedly does everything that it should now (which it was suppose to be able to do in the first place when you received it) but you'll have to pay extra money? BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, please let my experience with this company steer you guys in the right direction. Don't be surprised when you buy one of their products and it doesn't work or have any of the features their website says it has... because i'm pretty sure it will a month later after you write a horrible review for them, and then they will say it works now magically for no reason at all and want to charge you extra for it!!! :) If you made it this far reading this review, congrats on not purchasing anything from GamerModzFAIL, which is a more fitting name for them. Feel free to check out any of their other competitors below whom have the same products @ the same prices but actually deliver on things they say their products can do!!! By the way, if i have been to sarcastic, let me make it clear... GamerModz is not a good company, do not buy from them, look around elsewhere for your gaming needs!

Feb 08,2016Honestly i love everything about my controller. The only complaint that i had throughout the whole process is how long it took to assemble and deliver my product. However, i do realize that it was a very busy time in the year being that it was during the holidays. Overall i recommend GamerModz to anybody looking for a sweet custom controller with a wide variety of modz.

Feb 08,2016I bought a PS4 controller customized at the end of December, and it was estimated to come on January 20th, and each day it would say it would come earlier. Soon it just wouldn't come, but it soon did on Feb 1st. And it was brilliant when it did! Great quality and it looks much better in person (the controller). As long as you can wait a month then this company is perfect for you!

Feb 07,2016Received the controller, works perfect. Also the custom front cover is superB! Mods are working, some mods are not a perfect fit for eg BO3, but ok, there is no need to play with all the mods. I would advise to play step by step and turn on the mod. In BO3, rapid fire only has a use to slow fire a full automatic gun which will enhance the accuracy. A good buy for me!

He gave me this DISCOUNT CODE that he used which is FISHER I got 17 dollars off with the controller and so if anyone wants a few dollars off just use this guys code.

Feb 07,2016I called and talked to the company and they told me that it would be 10 business days and that they are pretty firm on that. I didn't receive my product until about 20 days after they received my controller. Then after I received my controller and had a problem , they told me they would replace it and send me a note when the new one was ready, so we could do a quick exchange. I never heard back from them. Horrible customer service.

Feb 05,2016The buttons and systems are hard to learn and use but overall a great build and it is a fun product. It won't make you a better gamer but it is fun and my final product was perfect.

Feb 04,2016I received my controller and was actually surprised that I got a controller with such detail and great abjustable mods! Everything was easy to setup and there isn't much to customizing your mods from the juggernaut plan. It was pretty cheap as well, I have had no problems with the controller and it is one of my prized possesions. It's compatible with headsets and I use it every day! Hope this helps you decide weather or not to get this because I highly recommend getting this!

Feb 04,2016A great experience for the most part. Only nitpick I have is the slight difficulty in contacting the company through their phone lines. I did however, attempt to order at Christmas which most likely accounts for this.

Feb 03,2016The more I play with it the more I like it. If you do like I did and send a controller down there to be modified, the longest wait time was getting the controller down there. The turn around time was surprisingly fast. I use the modified controller for Call of Duty 3 and get more kills then I did before.

Feb 01,2016Controller works well. When I received it I noticed tiny piece of wire not stuffed inside the controller. You can see it in one of the edges of the controller. You would of thought they would have seen it since it went through such a long process to get it ready. It did take 2 weeks or more before I received it.
