Apr 15,2016We love our custom controller. We had an issue with the controller after it was dropped. We shipped it back for repair, received a phone call right away regarding what needed to be done and they even upgraded all the parts and software to the latest rewvisions free of charge and promptly shipped it right back. Customer service MOST companies are missing these days. Personal and thorough in making sure their customers are completely satisified!! Thank You!!

I bought two xbox one controllers and both of them worked to perfection. I am very happy with my buy and I have zero regrets.

Apr 03,2016I really liked my controller. After a couple of weeks the dpad stopped working correctly. I contacted them and they were quick to send our a prepaid label to send the controller. It took 3-4 days to get an update on what was going on. And even then they were vague answers. After 4 weeks they finally decided to send me a new controller because they couldn't fix the original issue. At this time I still haven't received my new controller and have no idea when it's going to arrive. All in all I would order again because the quality of product but it's extremely difficult to get an answer in a timely manner.

Apr 01,2016This is my second purchase within a month. One was for my brother. I put his name and gamer tag on the controller and put his three favorite colors on it! He couldn't believe it. Hell it was soo sick nasty i had to buy one for myself. Plus the mods actually work! I NEVER type reviews ever but Gamermodz is Legit. Definitely worth the money.

Mar 16,2016I ordered a mod very last minute for my son for Christmas. I believe I ordered it on December 18th. I had it two days later!! My son was so excited on Christmas morning. About 3-4 weeks later, a button was sticking. After talking to a service rep, we were advised to send it in to be repaired or replaced. They sent me a package to ship it back in. Id say it was less than 2 weeks from the time we shipped it that we had it back at our door step. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is superb!!!!
