Mar 08,2016This is my first custom controller and it has exceeded all of my expectations. Everything works exactly as advertised. The 'feel' is better than I had hoped for. All buttons work perfectly and smoothly with a great tactile perception, everything fits and feels great, huge improvement over a standard PS4 controller not to mention having the customization! Great product and highly recommend it!

Mar 08,2016After waiting nearly a month for my controller I received one that was nothing what I had ordered. Was told by the "Customer Service Rep" that I would have my order expedited to me, my triggers were out of stock so I changed to what he had said they had in stock. After a week of my order being "in progress" I called and was told they were waiting on parts, that I was told they had in stock, from China due to the Chinese New Year. I then had to change my order AGAIN to parts they had in stock, and after 2 months from my 1st order finally received my controller. But still paid full price with no kind of discount or compensation for my troubles. Very unhappy that I had to be the one to get into contact with them when they were the ones that screwed up.

Mar 03,2016Okay, so my order did not go entirely without a hitch. But let me start off by saying it was entirely my fault. I ordered the controller as a Christmas present for my daughter and all orders placed by December 13th would have been guaranteed by Christmas Day. Unfortunately, I placed my order on the 14th. My gripe was that no one was even working on the December 13th (Sunday), so all their orders to commence working on was that Monday regardless. Anyway, I was fortunate to receive the most current version, which some orders prior to mine did not receive as it wasn't available then and the item came exactly how I designed it and expected it to look. The mods works, but they take their own getting accustomed to. Some options you may not like, while other specific functions (like rapid fire) may not work on all weapons. Honestly, I spent the heavily discounted sale price of the controller for it's look and customization. I accidentally peeled off the sticker that says "GamerModz" on the back...and I think I screwed myself out of my extended warranty that I paid extra for, because I didn't realize it was a "VOID" cover. I've had it since December and have not had any issues with it as of late. I have spoken with someone there when I first received it for set-up, and if available, they are very supportive and will do their best to explain any issues you ask. If at the very least you buy this controller for it's color/graphic customization, you won't be disappointed. If you think you are buying a controller that is going to automatically be better than your opponent, you are wrong. Keep in mind that your internet speed, natural game skill/experience and controller specific set-up are all factors that could benefit or deter your outcome. Overall, I play average and still trying to get the most out of the controller and it's trial and error.

Feb 22,2016Bought a controller for my wife for Christmas and she loves her controller. She won't even let me use it. Didn't get it on Christmas but I'll blame that on the holidays but overall great stuff. Will be buying one for myself.

Feb 19,2016I will admit it did take awhile to recieve the controller but I'm happy with the overall controller. When I couldn't figure out a mod, they scheduled a tech to call me and walk me through it. Very satisfied!

Mar 09,2016The mods weren't installed whenever my son first received his controller, so we had to pay shipping to send it back to have this fixed. GamerModz fixed it correctly and my son couldn't be happier with his controller.
