The delivery men were spot on. Polite and careful. However. I never received a call back from the delivery hot line when I called to inquire about my delivery. My salesman told me I would get a call the night before with a window of time for delivery never happened. I called earlier in the week to request an early delivery. Was put in 630-930 pm time slot. Shoddy customer service. Plus I was not told my furniture would be delivered in two trips three weeks apart

Very satisfied with the quality of the furniture we bought, excellent delivery & set up. Also, my sales person was very helpful with finding what we were looking for.

Very glad about the salesperson and very glad about the delivery team but you guys charge a little too much for delivery!

We had a little bit of trouble when we had to exchange mattress. It took 3 tries before you got it right.

When I received my invoice it had a delivery date of 9/7/19. I was never asked when I would like the bed to be delivered. I spoke up and told Eric Abraham that date would not work he said no problem what date would work and he would change it. I told Eric that Monday September 9, 2019. I received a call at 7:12am on 9/7/19 that my bed would be delivered between 11am to 2pm. The message stated if this was wrong leave a message. I did and didn’t hear anything for 3 hrs! So I was tracking on the email I received and I was the next delivery when I received the call back to tell me they canceled and I said no you don’t call me 3 hrs later after My husband and I rushed to get the other bed moved for the delivery you will deliver it. By the way my husband and I are in our sixties and we had to move a very heavy bed! I was told after the fact that the delivery guys would have moved it for us. So therefore my service was BAD!!! The Ann Arbor Mi store open only 2 weeks ago. Very bad service by your sale man Eric Abraham!

This was my first time ever purchasing anything site unseen and never did I think I’d do that. So far everything has been fine, when I’ve needed to call associates were pleasant and my items were here within the delivery window.

I did not get immediate assistance or greetings from two available salesmen. I thought about leaving and taking my money elsewhere but I wanted to give it a chance. I had to walk around the store and view mattresses on my own for 30 mins before an agent finally greeted me. The agent didn't seem that eager to assist. I felt a bit rushed. I am guessing the agents acted this way because I was a "single" buyer.

Salesman answered all of my questions. No high pressure. Delivery and setup was timely and very efficient. I was impressed. Very happy with next day delivery.

Sales staff was helpful in the Brighton, MI store. Not too pushy. Desk staff was helpful in rescheduling our delivery once all of our items were in stock. Delivery guys were on time and had our bedroom setup super fast.

The salesperson was very helpful in helping me narrow down my choice. He helped me change cushions around so I could see how it would look. I have bought every piece of furniture I own from Gardner White.
