My friends talks to me about gardner white and the good quality couch. I chose one and put it in cart. Immediately they sent to me my offer They will pay my tax & rebate 100$. I went to the store 30 minutes. They said this couch not in this offer. I bought the couches but no rebate &with tax.

Excellent customer service at the Novi branch . We went shopping for a good dining table set and they had several choices but it didn’t take us any more than 10 mins to agree on the table we both wanted for the price point we wanted to be at !

Excellent experience from first mattress in showroom to first night in our bedroom. Patty, Connie and staff at the Sterling Heights location walked us through Pros and Cons of over 15 mattresses; had the patience of parents with their first-born and gave me and my wife all the time we needed to talk about the affordable upgrades and what turned out to be the best mattress system we could have chosen. Our home updates we were finishing up were taking longer than expected and the team at Gardner White were more than happy to reschedule the delivery to allow us to finish. The delivery team arrived on time, were professional and treated the walls, doors and floors like their own home while removing the old mattress and installation of the new mattress. They walked us through the operation of the powered bed frame and had the patience to let us work with them to prep the legs of the bed frame to protect our new refinished floors. Wish all delivery and purchase experiences could have recorded this complete experience and put in in the next edition training manual as the industry standard to strive for from showroom to home. The best experience. Brian was so nice and helpful. I never felt pressured into buying anything and he found everthing I needed. The delivery guys were phenomenal as well. Very friendly and professional.

Great buying experience. Sales people were very friendly and helpful (and patient) while we made our decision. At no point were we assaulted by aggressive sales tactics or overly invasive staff. Delivery was next day and very professional. Great finance options and good selection in style. We will be back for more great furniture here.

We ordered sofa but a loveseat was delivered instead. After spending more than 15 minutes on the phone, the issue was fixed but now I need to take another half day to receive hopefully the correct order.

Furniture delivered with many damages and missing parts, im very unhappy with my purchase. Ryan, I didn't pay for repaired furniture, I want replacement in new condition or refund.
