Feb 10,2017Ordered a significant number of planed sleepers to build a raised bed and frame garden borders. They arrived very quickly and whilst the delivery costs seemed relatively high the all in cost of the sleepers as better than I could source locally (and the planed nature of the sleepers much more appealing). I spoke to the team at Gardoo for some general advice and they were superb - even sent me photographs of how someone else had used the sleepers in a similar situation. Really good service.

Sep 28,2016Good product and curteous driver but!!!!! beware of delivery charges and awful logistics. I was told on ordering 30 sleepers and bulk ballast that i would have to wait an extra day if i was to get both delivered together. Guess what they didn't and driver stated that they never do because they come from seperate depots. And the bulk never arrived at all, so i will have to stay in another full day. I was charged delivery twice because as i didn't have a fork lift, the bulk had to be craned off. How many DIY enthusiasts have a lift truck? On complaining i was greeted by a rude sales woman who just repeated their terms and conditions. (Pages of them) I guess she gets fed up of taking the flak from people complaining. Take my advice and buy elsewhere.

Sep 17,2016I ordered 16 sleepers and paid a whopping £96 for next day delivery. I received a call saying the delivery would come between 8 and 6 and I would have to be in all day. Given I had taken the day off work for the vague time slot I was horrified that I receieved a call at 12 the next day saying it would "maybe" delivered the day later. When it did come the delivery man asked if "i had a fork lift truck to lift the 2.4m sleepers off the truck"!!! As with most people my answer was no and so I had to help lift them off myself. Complained and asked for a discount on the awful delivery but gardoo just ignored me. Awful...do not use.

Aug 31,2016Ordered 46 rail sleepers and paid over £200 for delivery. When they arrived the vehicle did not have appropriate equipment to unload them, and the driver asked me to jump on the vehicle to unload them manually by myself. Called Gardoo and the staff initially tried to get the haulage company to solve the problems but failed. Finally I was asked by Gardoo to manually move all 46 sleepers myself, with the driver passing them down to me from the lorry. The Gardoo staff basically blackmailed me when she threatened to have the sleepers redelivered on another date and charge me for it again. I don't trust Gardoo and will not use Gardoo again

Aug 19,2016Bought a bulk bag of sand from this company two days ago. It arrived today, was put in the front garden with no problems. The price was cheap and the free delivery was a bonus. Would definitely use them for any large gardening items again! :)

Jul 09,2016After somehow being charged deliver from a website that claims free delivery on everything we were called to say the van had broken down and the delivery would be with us next day (sat) between 08:30-12:30. Nothing arrived and no phone call from anyone to say what was going on, wasted 1.5 days waiting home for nothing. Would never use them again.
