Quick delivery, good value, good quality. What's not to like.
Don`t ever order from them. They`re full of excuses and thats all. I have order from them sleepers for my garden to be delivered next Wednesday only to be notified that during the weekend they have depleted the stock and they have no more. Finally they managed to get new ones and they notified of delivering Friday and two people were needed to assist with unloading them. The driver cam but he thought it was a construction site and therefore no way of unloading them and left. I had to call a few times to arrange for a different delivery which they finally confirmed for next Wednesday the 27th of March before lunch and now 3 people were minimum needed to unload the sleepers. 3PM and no one has arrived yet and everyone has stayed at home to help with unloading them. Stay away from Gardoo / APH Supply
I am fortunate enough to live within East Sussex so I have been able to collect my purchases. My experience has been great. Excellent products at good prices and first class customer service.

Dunno why there are so many bad reviews on here. Good quality sleepers. The delivery driver was really nice and phoned us up 15 mins before.
Ordered 40 of the 2.4m sleepers. Given other reviews, no surprise that they didn't deliver on time. Gardoo were a waste of time in resolving it. In fact good luck if you need to have contact with them as they only seem to have email contact. I had to liaise with the freight company directly. Finally delivered 3 days late. The driver who turned up was very helpful and said most of the other drivers won't deliver these as they are expected to help unload. My consignment was originally taken back to the yard by a driver who just couldn't be bothered, hence the delay. Given it cost me £160 for delivery I'd expect gardoo to use a reliable courier and not just a cheap one. I would also add the sleepers are of great quality. Just a shame about delivery

Great experience all round. Along with some of the other reviews I wondered whether I should order sleepers from this company given some of the bad reviews about the poor delivery experience. Glad I took the risk as the sleepers are excellent quality and the driver couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. He called me when he was about an hour away and used a pallet truck to deliver the sleepers as far up the driveway as he could. Will be ordering more in a few weeks.
I ordered some sleepers earlier in the year and had no problems. The driver was very helpful and together we unloaded them using his pallet truck. I ordered a second load and suffered a totally different experience. The first words out of the drivers mouth were "They lie about unloading and I wont be helping". When I asked about the pallet trucks (of which she had two) the response was "They wont fit through the door. You'll have to handball them". So I had to carry all 10 of them up my drive and as they were 2600x200x100 they weren't light. All I can say is I'm thankful that I had a helpful driver when I ordered 30 earlier in the year. Needless to say I wont be repeating the experience again. Any further supplies will be ordered from a local supplier who is more expensive but far more helpful. #Added later# Having read other reviews I would like to provide the following feedback. Your products are excellent, however the issues arise within your delivery service which seems to be hit and miss. As i stated, the previous driver was excellent this one was so unhelpful it was shocking. I would advise that you review your supply chain and have a 'robust' discussion with TNT as they seem to be the ones letting you down and will ultimately cost you repeat business.
Ordered over £500 worth of sleepers. They arrived on the specified date and all were of excellent quality.
Ordered 10 sleepers and was very pleased with the product. I had trouble with the delivery as it was not delivered on time. When the delivery compay phoned me they sais that they could not deliver till Saturday. I phoned Gardoo on the Friday and spoke to a guy called Mark who said he would sort it and he did. I had it delivered on the Saturday and was only delayed by a dat and a bit. Would like to thank Mark for been veey helpful.
It took me a few days umming and arghing weather to order or not, after I had read the reviews, I purchased £400 worth of sleepers, I’m so glad I did, the sleepers are bang on, great quality, delivered on the the day specified, unloaded by me and the driver, just a quick note to those who gave negative comments about delivery, mine were delivered by a local haulage firm and not by Gardoo, maybe your delivery problems stem from your local haulage firm and not Gardoo, although I understand the buck stops with Gardoo as it’s their responsibility, anyway I would definitely use again
Ordered over £500 worth of sleepers and selected my delivery day. Then I stumbled across the reviews and spent a few days very concerned. I can safely say the delivery was on time, the driver called 1hr before, unloaded all the sleepers by hand with me and cleared all the rubbish. The sleepers were all in God’s condition and I would highly recommend the company.

Sleepers were due to delivered Friday. I took a day off and no sign of delivery, no phone call, message, email anything. I am self employed so lost a days income. Our whole weekend was ruined as we were planning to build the beds with the sleepers. I couldn't get hold of Gardoo until Monday and then I was told they would be delivered Wednesday morning. I am still waiting and no sign of them. I am trying to get through to them, but the phone lines are constantly busy - they are not replying to emails, extremely poor customer service. I know don't know where my sleepers are, or how I get a refund!!!
I really can’t believe how bad this service is! Paid a lot of money for a Saturday delivery, have paid help here waiting to build my garden and no sleepers arrived and no word from the company or delivery company. There is no number at all to contact them either
No Delivery. No explanation. No Accountability. No Service. I work out of the country a lot and had planned to make raised beds this weekend as I have limited time. My wife who also works full time is pregnant so couldn’t wait in for the sleepers to be delivered as she wouldn’t be able to help unload them. I waited in all day to receive the sleepers. At 1pm I phoned Gardoo and was told they would be delivered, but hadn’t been loaded yet and flippantly advised to wait because “it does say 9-6 on your email, you don’t need to phone in”. I was also told that the drivers “might not phone an hour before, so if you are going out, don’t go too far”. I waited until 5pm, I phoned again as I’d had no update in the delivery and had no answer. Phoned again on Saturday morning and the lines were closed. So: Despite me ordering 3 weeks in advance, and asking for clarification from Gardoo directly on the day: • No email was sent to advise me of changes before the day. • I was dealt with in a very dismissive and rude way by their staff. • No phone call or follow up was give after my call to advise me of non-delivery. • No phone call or apology has been offered to me today (the day after the missed delivery). • Their phone lines aren’t open on Saturdays for me to proactively contact them. • I now have to return the tools I hired at my expense for this weekend. • I will not be able to build the beds this weekend and the project will now stall because I will need to plans another weekend when I am available. • I have wasted a whole day of my time at home and endlessly waiting. Shocking, arrogant and useless service Fromm Gardoo.
DISGUSTED!!!! having now placed three orders through Gardoo, I am disgusted with the way I have been treated with regards to being let down with a delivery and the subsequent lack of care about it. I had booked a day for delivery, and had that day confirmed, so I booked the day off work. being a subcontractor means I lose a days pay. I called 3 times during the day to check on the delivery status and was told they would check up on it for me and phone me back. that never happened!!! NEITHER DID THE DELIVERY!!! I then found out that my delivery wasn't even loaded onto the lorry that morning, so they had no intention from the start to deliver to me!!!! I then had to book another day off work to be home for the delivery. so two days of wages lost. On this last order, even after costing me two days of money through their failings, the best they could do for me was take £30 off the delivery?? So a sale of nearly £700 and the cost to me for your failure and the best you can do is £30???? not even a free pack of screws!! I then asked if I could speak to someone else who may have the authority to do more and was told " no, there isn"t anyone else to speak to, you are talking to me and that is all we can do" well that says it all!!!! If thats the way this company does business, then from now on I will take mine else where, and hopefully will those reading this review. Issue now resolved. thanks

Apr 30,2019I purchased 21 brown sleepers in Oct 2018 at a cost of £396. I've now come to use them and found over half are badly spilt. Some on the sides and some on the top and bottom. 6 sleepers were a slightly different colour and a lot heavier. We were going to use them for raised beds but whichever way we lay them these spilts are visible. I sent three emails regarding this problem to the company but didn't receive a reply. I've now phoned them to be told that these are natural product and this happens, tough luck. I've also used another company and there sleepers haven't split. I also asked why I didn't get a reply to be told there in somebody else's in box. I'm not happy with the product and the customer service. Don't use this company.
