May 05,2018Same as previous customer. Waited in all day, paid for hired labour and nothing. No phone call, no contact number for haulier. Really disappointed. Let's hope customer services redeem themselves by responding quickly and refunding for full amount.

May 05,2018NO DELIVERY - 0/5 stars How can I review a product that didn't show up? No communication, no warning, no explanation just no delivery. I waited until the day after delivery was due to write this review in case the order showed up first thing today, but no. This has cost me a days work waiting in for the no show delivery and fouled up the bank holiday plans of the guys who were going to help me over the weekend with the project. Bitterly disappointed and very poor customer service.

Apr 26,2018Product brilliant and so is the price let down by a very poor delivery service, took nearly an hour to unload forty four 2.4 metre sleepers after phone calls to Gardoo and discussions which ended with a full on argument with the driver who refused to assist, sleepers were stacked on the truck incorrectly so when he tried to get them on the tail lift they were too wide to get out of the rear of the truck, eventually after some time he realised that ultimately they needed to be removed, he moved the sleepers on the lorry to get them out sideways and I carted them into the garden, no issue with hard graft but not with hard work with a delivery company who don't meet what gardoo say.

Feb 14,2018Bought 30 brown railway sleepers , great product , great price , great service from the staff ......but completely overshadowed by the delivery driver who refused to unload , firstly asking if I had a fork lift then secondly stating he wasn't insured to lift them !!!!. The lorry came with 2 adults but they stated they needed two more adults to unload , we'd only one person to assist as Gardoo website requested ., so faced with a very problematic situation , only resolved when I came home from work and unloaded them myself while the two delivery men sat in the cab !!!!.....worse delivery service I've ever encountered

They were cheaper than any suppliers locally even with delivery costs and I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again. Happy to give a 5 star rating.

Dec 08,2017Ordered some sleepers. One issue is that you have to be around to offload them as the delivery firm will not do so, so can be somewhat inconvenient. On the other hand I put in the wrong delivery address and they were able to quickly re-direct, at no additional cost, which was excellent. Sleepers also of good quality, so all good.

May 07,2018Again, no delivery, no communication, no warning, no explanation just no delivery. I have an entire garden ready to build but it was dependent on the sleepers arriving. Even Wickes managed to get a complete order together. I receive better customer care from suppliers shipping tat from China. For the high value of this order and premium paid for delivery, I expect attentive and clear information, rather than no information. I expect a company delivering on a weekend to monitor those deliveries and have somebody on hand. My Bank Holiday project has been ruined also. It will take a miracle for this to be resolved well.
