One of the worst if not the worst estate agency in London. Try to avoid at all cost. 2 month after moving out we still begging them to return the deposit and forcing them to make it the correct way. At this point I can tell that they are trying to scam us. I would recommend to avoid Jessica at any cost. She has made incorrect report, overcharged us for the cleaning. We got the bill for 4 bed flat instead of 2 bed flat. And most importantly they are trying to scam on the overpaying utility bills. They have registered a completely different date to our tenancy end date and moved towards new tenant moving date. Forcing us to overpay all the bills for the time the flat was staying empty. No matter how much we are trying to resolve the issue they are just passing our issue from one person to another. Obviously half way we are just getting ignored. At this point I have no option but to dispute it with TDS and report the to the police.
Venice has been the manager of the apartment I am renting at Pico House for the last year. I am beyond pleased with the work she has done. I am unlucky a bit with the number of issues I have had with my apartment, but Venice has gone out of her way to promptly address my concerns. She is very quick to respond to emails, not shy about reminding contractors about their responsibilities and is just an all-around pleasant individual to deal with. Looking forward to having Venice as the manager of our property for another year.
Please Don’t rent flat 15 Oswald building from GJ because The owner of this flat is a thief, he deliberately left a broken bed with and awful tables to charge the tenant, and the toilet of this studio has a problem that needs to be completely changed, but the owner of the house deliberately does not repair it to charge the tenant,and took the deposit, please Don’t rent flat from GJ they are not professional team they are so annoying they do care only for getting money they don’t respect people who rent flat from them Their service is so poor.
