Feb 22,2023Our initial experience with Garton Jones was not a great one as the previous property manager was not responsive and at some points would not respond at all. However, since then we have had Lisa Beverlly who has been nothing short of amazing. She has been extremely attentive since taking over from her predecessor and maintained excellent communication with myself for any issues which have arisen. On top of this she has been very prompt in following up and keeping us in the loop during discussions with the landlord. Lisa was the main reason as to why we have decided to stay with Garton Jones and I can not recommend her highly enough.

Charlotte has been thorough and efficient in solving problesms, patient yet very quick. Most of all, a very plesant and wonderful communicator ! No surprises and never left me in the dark.
