The new thermostat was fitted very quickly, the engineer set it up however he set it completely wrong, we had difficulty getting the temptation to a lower number. For the first time ever an engineer did not cover his feet when entering the property, the apprentice did after I said the floor had only just been laid that day, however the engineer didn’t.
We have always had a very good service from the staff and the engineered, keep up the good work .
Gasway have always provided me with first class service. Their staff are reliable and extremely competent. Highly recommended.
We didn’t find engineer friendly at all, not a bit like last man who came to our boiler.

Despite being a Gasway Platinum Customer I still await the completion of a a relatively minor repair which was registered before Christmas 2019. The outstanding issue seems to arise from Gasway choosing to ignore a customer requesting to have responses/appointments made by email (Due to work commitments). I am not alone in finding the excessive delays experienced when telephoning Gasway - where you can hang on for over 20-minutes - absolutely infuriating .... a point which was endorsed by the engineer who claimed this is the biggest issue raised with customers and also a problem for them too.

Outrageous......if I could give no stars I would in a heartbeat!! Engineer came to service out boiler today, left saying that the job is complete and obviously signed off the job as finished on his paperwork. Half hour later I go to get in the shower after a dirty days graft only to find we have NO HOT WATER!! Now the boiler was working absolutely fine before the guy arrived and wasnt working after he left.....YET YOU SIMPLY REFUSE TO FIX THE MISTAKE YOUR GUY HAS MADE!! We called customer services which were just plain rude and unhelpful and had no sense of responsibility for what their engineer has done. Also we were told by customer services that the engineer says we are lying and there was hot water when he left....WHY WOULD WE LIE ABOUT NOT HAVING HOT WATER FFS!?!? So as a result a family of 5 are now left with no hot water during the school holidays, I have a filthy job and can't shower for work tomorrow but I guess it's ok as I'm not facing Gasway customers tomorrow so you obviously dont care......absolute joke!! I hope one of you from Gasway that reads this has the decency to rectify this problem and apologise for the issues their incompetence has caused!!! **In reply to your reply about phoning customer services Gasway we had done that already and was met with nothing but rudeness, genuinely seemed like you couldn't care less!!**
Gasway are great for maintaining boilers. However for doing upgrades for the council they are not so good. Cancelled work with little notice, especially when I took holiday from work is unacceptable. The excuse that they don't have the plumbers to do the job is shameful. I think that they have spread themselves too thin.
