Dec 16,2019They called just before they came which i appreciated. They came when they said they would. Nice friendly guys but very workmanlike.Just a small touch but a very thoughtful and important one, they put covers over their shoes before they came in. Very pleased.

Dec 16,2019Great service ,helpful engineers who are polite and leave your house clean( they always put plastic covers over their footwear so don’t mess your carpets up ) Only slight negative but not enough to reduce from 5 stars ,is it takes a long time to get through on the telephone .Would recommend .

Dec 16,2019There was a significant error in that the initial obtaining of the quote plus an an understanding that we are oil. This resulted in an under quote that we accepted at face value. This was subsequently honoured by the company. Result Customer satisfaction!
