The last few months we have had a few problems with our hot water/ heating system all the different engineers that have been out have been so kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them and signing up to a plan best thing we have done. Keep up the great work guys šŸ‘

Engineer was very efficient and even had the good manners to slip on covers over his boots so not to soil my carpets. Only thing that really annoyed me was that he said he would have to charge me £20 additionally to clean out the filter attached to the boiler. If you booked your car in for service for a quoted set price and on collection the garage said we could have changed your filters for yet more money I think you would believe you were being conned !!! Company needs to decide if it is offering a complete boiler service or a partial scrimp ! Most customers like me would like that explained,other than that service was great.

Gas way serviced my boiler, I asked for confirmation of the service. I was informed I would get this in writing, I have not received anything, hence the email I sent to gas way ,which I have not received a reply.

Satisfied with the service engineer, on time and very tidy and efficient. Did not leave any paperwork which he said would be sent on by the office. I need this as I like to keep my file upto date. It make things easier when selling

When servicing my boiler it was condemned due to corrosion of flue. When I had companies around to evaluate supplying a replacement I was advised that whilst it was correct to do so. The corrosion was not a years corrosion. Was advised that should have been picked up on previous servuces. Therefore boiler had not been safe.

First time I’ve used this Company - and they now have another regular customer. Will definitely use again, and recommend. Best Service we’ve had, and the Service Engineer Jake was great - efficient, tidy, and very thorough.

Did a great job installing our new boiler. Cleaned up after themselves and were generally pleasant and friendly during the installation. Would recommend.

Gasway came out to me via my home emergancy company with an independent company due to my heating failing. I rung my emergancy company on the Tuesday, gasway rang me Wednesday and arranged to come out Thursday, as it was cold I googled and diagnosed myself the problem of being a little switch box on top of my 3 way valve and there was a little lever to pull across to give heating temporarily until box replaced, so I had time off work Thursday and told engineer what I had discovered so he apparently changed the box but then he couldn’t get the thermostat to connect properly but after an hour he said job was all done and left. So I went back to work and when I came home house was freezing (no heating) when I then checked in my airing cupboard the lever on the new box wouldn’t switch on and the only way to get heating was to push my button for hot water as well as for heating. So rung my insurance company again on Friday and gasway phoned and arranged an engineer to come back out Saturday, told this engineer what happened he said previous engineer must of wired up something wrong, and also said that the little box that had been changed needed changing again as it was red hot and not working properly so again after a while said everything was done, that I also needed a new immersion heater??? When I questioned him about was he sure it was fine and that I could use my heating and hot water independently he said ā€œno systems don’t work like that heating only ever works if hot water is onā€ I told him this is not the case as mine have always worked independently, he said he even rung an electrician and he confirmed, obviously I wasn’t going to get any further with this conversation so he left. Later on house was freezing again so I went up to airing cupboard and he has removed all my timers so heating and hot water are on constantly, but the only way I get heating now is if I turn on all my hot taps to drain the tank then the heating only comes on whilst the boiler is refilling and heating my water!! So I rung gasway directly this morning (Sunday) to tell them of their mistake to be told I’ve got to go through insurance again, so phoned insurance who phoned gasway and then insurance company phoned me back to say gasway state I need a new immersion which is not covered by insurance, I told her the immersion tank is to do with hot water (which I don’t have a problem with) but I’ve been told I now need to wait till tomorrow for it to be investigated. Extremely unhappy with service from gasway as they have made my problem worse rather than rectifying it

It is untidy and very loud and noisy left with having to do painting and more.

I have always had good service from Gasway. I have now sold my house and have recommended gasway to the new buyers. I am just sorry that I can no longer use your service as where I am now is just electricity.

Our experience with Gasway has not been good as it has taken many attempts with 3 engineers to rectify a problem which was not technically difficult. This has meant time off work, inconvenience and additional stress. Seriously considering not renewing the contract next year.
