Jun 16,2023El hotel en su exterior es muy bueno la zona acuática es genial pero las habitaciones son muy sucias … no se que limpieza hacen , el baño que me toco tenia hongos negros en toda la ducha , tengo una niña y nos día asco bañarnos ahí , el piso estaba sucio. La verdad no volvería ni lo recomendaría a nadie

May 27,2022Wish have NEGATIVE making. Stressful, unhealth conversation. Person on phone rude, I am NOT disqualify for discount as I am not US citizen. Lady on phone ask me question "Are you citizen on USA?" as I say NO Lady on phone hang on me. Do not understand the fact that not as citizen what it will make deference for my loyality for USA US Low and qualification of discount.
