The hotel room was nice, yet there was no pool on the premises. You had to walk or drive to another complex that was several blocks away in order to go to a pool.

We were put at a hotel 35 minutes away from the timeshare resort. Once at the time share presentation for Westgate. We were told we had to eat at their buffet and they were allotted and extra 30 minutes on top of the minimum 90 minute tour. Per Get away dealz contract it states the completion of a 90 minute tour. Westgate had us there 3.5 hours and threatened to not sign our waiver for the hotel if we didn't stay unit they were done with us. The Westgate staff is extremely rude. Plus they try to sell you a 4 bedroom unit for $135000.00. I then laughed at them and demanded to be done. I will never go to another timeshare presentation for Westgate nor will I be purchasing from Westgate.

So they removed my review from July Guess here’s the update then DON’T DO IT !!!!! If it was possible I would give them a quarter star rating We got there at Westgate Spa & Resort and while checking in I noticed that I forgot a copy of our wedding certificate. While on the phone getting a cousin to email or fax a copy to them,the manager Natalie at the (un) welcome center denied us our reservation. Based on some BS reason. My husband has been there in 2006, 2006 with an ex!!!!!. We have been there as a married couple before in 2016. So now because it is technically our second tour but his 3rd they denied us. NO WHERE IN THEIR POLICY DOES IT SAY THE AMOUNT OF TIMES A YOU AS A COUPLE ARE ALLOWED TO TAKE A TOUR. When making the reservation I was asked when booking if we AS A COUPLE have been there before and I stated that we have and that was a little over 2 years ago. They even said that’s fine 2 years makes us eligible for a tour. The front desk Manager started making a 1 night reservation and denied my husband his trucking company MASTERCARD because his name was not on it and he may be giving her a PREPAID CARD telling us that we are a high standard hotel and such, making us feel that people “like us” don’t belong there. Fine, he then gave her his bank Debitcard. But then he changed his mind and told her to cancel the reservation and give his paperwork with his information back. She flat out refused and said she has to keep that. He said no you don’t because we don’t want the one night stay. Give me my paperwork. She refused and walked off Girl if I took you for a night in our home you’d think you were in Heaven. Our bedroom alone is 3 times the size of one room. Called getaway Dealz who didn’t even want to listen to us and told us that since the resort denied us they would keep our money and give us a partial refund towards our next trip. I don’t ever need your business AGAIN give me my money back. Getawaydealz says that Westgate decides what will happen Westgate says Getaway dealz decides that. So no one wants to take responsibility huh??? You guys get paid and don’t provide services paid for and I would never EVER EVER recommend nobody not my family not my friends not my company associates to do business with you guys.

This was the best way to experience an ocean front condo! Everyone was so very nice especially Courtney in the bar and grill. My kids absolutely adored her and so did we. Very personable!!! The atmosphere is very family oriented. Very nice condos and clean! Alot of activities for everyone!!!

We didn’t get our 100$ deposit back from what we paid, like we were promised at checkout. The presentation lasted longer than 90 minutes, it lasted 3 1/2 hours, we were ready to leave. They said someone else was getting paid because we went there. We ate dinner afterwards, being there all day. Next day we were worn out, then we went home the following day. Driving 10 hrs, your better off paying the full price for a condo. And not dealing with that at all!!! We hated it very much..never will I recommend it to anyone ever!!!!
