Apr 04,2020A really nice resort with a lot to do for families, the timeshare presentation was okay until they kept us past the 90 minutes that was promised in an effort to sell to us. I was convinced by the sale but my husband was keeping track of the time and he wasnt as interested in the timeshare as I was. We will be visiting again very soon without a doubt.

Mar 14,2020We enjoyed our trip, we stayed at the WestGate Lakes resort and Spa, the room was small but very nice and clean, we did have issues with very loud obnoxious neighbors in the next room, we had to call security and they took care of it for the most part! This is a timeshare so we did sit through a presentation, a bit pushy but it’s to be expected, It was well worth it to get the great deal we got, we stayed 3 nights for $99 plus received a $50 gift card, it was a great little weekend get away!!

Mar 05,2020I felt very comfortable from the beginning w this being a real deal. Nothing was hidden. It is exactly what they say. We actually wanted to buy the condo but for our travel job it wasn’t in the right places. We were disappointed that it wasn’t a fit. The place was amazing. Nothing negative. They called several times but it’s hard to get annoyed w organization knowing your getting the place w no issues whatsoever

Feb 21,2020Decent stay. Definitely more improvements to be made. Had to hear the timeshare stuff. Ask for 90 minutes of your time. Threaten to make you pay your full trip if you don’t get your sales pitch completed. 4 hours later we were done. Just be aware.

Feb 08,2020Due to my family signing a contract with WestGate Resorts in 2001, my family is no longer authorized to do business with Getawaydealz.com. The contract signed in 2001 was then voided within the three day grace period allowed. My family today was told that Getawaydealz.com cannot provide us a discounted deal, offered on their website, due to the voided contract signed in 2001. The customer service representative told us if we book through a non-WestGate resort we may get a deal, however Getawaydealz.com only offers WestGate. We cannot believe the lack in customer service provided not by the customer service agent, but WestGate Resorts and Getawaydealz.com. My family is extremely disappointed. We will take our business elsewhere.

Jun 19,2020The resort itself was AMAZING!!! The only down part is that they lie to you about how long the timeshare tour is. It took up most of the day on Saturday and I was not able to enjoy anything. The representatives were very pushy and would not accept no for an answer. They would force you to sit there by telling you that if you did not sit there the whole time and continue to be pressured they would charge you the full price of the stay. Horrible sales people.
