The discussions are concise and the quality of participants gives rise to sound ideas. Moderators keep meeting on track so that no time is wasted. All this is done while conducting a lively session
It was an interesting experience and I quite enjoyed going through. Some sections however could have been better with more time allowance. It was difficult to go into give a holistic view in such a short amount of time.
The training was great for an introductory level, to help candidates get prepared for general interviews. I especially love the case-study scenarios; they were realistic, and the questions were very clearly phrased. One area of improvement could be preparation for more technical interviews. In particular, the brain-teasers section was somewhat outdated, as those questions are rarely asked in tech companies anymore. That is something we can continue iterating upon!
I'm not sure what GLEAC means - literally! But to be honest, I have been smitten by this word, by Sally and by Asma! Fantastic souls, driving an awesome project that eventually will drive organizations towards a whole new human-intensive performance excellence framework. To start with, their Mentor Program is a Superhit on LinkedIn and is paving the way for a whole new way of learning! I'm a GLEAC Mentor but I'm not - since I'm raring to go, so I'm sure there's awesomely more to come! Thanks Sally and Asma for this whole new perspective to human skills sharing within the community.
Thought provoking questions, kindly find feedback below. -25 mins per test would have been better. By the time you watch the videos, digest the content and write answers it feels rushed to give best answers. Should find a way not to lose input from answers if screen times out. -Some questions ask you to revert back to previous question for reference. When you navigate to previous answer you lose progress on current question and that stalls time when having to rewrite answers -The boxes to answer were small rectangles. Would have been friendlier on design if larger squares so you donβt have to scroll much to see what you wrote. -This review process also lost my answers 3 times as I connected to login through FB / Google
GLEAC-A Resource GLEAC is exactly the type of tool I always wished I had. I believe that human soft skills are incredibly important, yet as an HR professionals sometimes it can be a challenge to cultivate and grow those skills in others. GLEAC is a platform that offers the ability to teach in these skills in a natural collaborative way. It also helps me measure progress of skills that others often describe as intangible and impossible to measure. It is a great tool and I will continue to use it for personal and professional development.
The lessons provided an in-depth look at the need for soft-skill training and require mentors to demonstrate competence in interpersonal communication, teamwork, and conflict management. I found this process invaluable as it allowed me to assess areas that I can continue growth in. I am grateful to have been a part of this process. I appreciate those who worked in collaboration, to bring to light, such a thought provoking tool.
The lessons offered by Gleac are crafted in the best way to examine the actual skills of a mentor. The learning method adopted by Gleac encourages you to take the lessons without pause.. It also helps to recollect , rethink your learning and definitely enriches our knowledge... The onboarding process and the empathy shown by the team member is really motivating and cherishing. I have been working very closely with human beings since the completion of my Masters in 2010. The very reason I chose Psychology as my major is to unravel and explore the complexities of a human minds. To understand the intensity and the depth of a mind, to understand problem solving skills, to understand decision making powers, to understand the impact of memory, social influences etc. I strongly believe in human skills especially communication, positive attitude,self awareness and their ability and power it has to change the way the world works. The very importance of communication, to be able look beyond individual differences is the need of the hour. The simple task of breaking into rooms with a couple of total strangers showed how different yet similar we are even while conversing from different places across the globe. Appreciate everything GLEAC is doing to bring back Human identity to polish the already available skills and to help human beings to adopt and practice them. As a social researcher it has been a wonderful experience for me to understand how a particular set up from where the individual belongs from, their culture, community, parenting,peers, individual experiences has all influenced them to be what they are today.
Great experience, enjoyed and got the entire support of Asma from the start till the moment of confirmation of mentorship, she is indeed a connector. Excited to be a part of such a vibrant and senior community of leaders.

There is no age bar to have a mentor in life. This is the best platform which connects the mentor and mentee which helps in grooming both of them. Great work team
