Sep 28,2020We have a tendency to overrate ourselves and minimize our shortcomings. The questions made me consider specific examples drawn from my experience and made me realize that even after 21 years of experience working, I still have some (a lot) growth to do! The short videos were perfect in length and to the point - informative. I had some technical difficulties, which I think took away from my experience, but forged through it.. not a big deal.

Sep 22,2020My GLEAC experience. This was a very unique experience for me. The videos were short and meaningful so it had my complete attention. I loved every minute of completing the lesson. The layout of the lesson, it's briefness and aptness, got me hooked. The questions were personalized, so it made me really reflect on myself while answering them. The topics were relevent. And I believe more people, not just teachers need to be aware of the ideas and practices that Gleac wishes to inculcate. All in all, it was an exciting experience for me and I looked forward to the lessons everyday! P.S. The twenty minute countdown added to the excitement! 😀

Sep 22,2020The lessons were crisp and clear, last few lessons on collaboration and Emotional intelligence- self regulation were tricky and felt the time limit was not enough to understand the questions properly. Got to know about self awareness and many other important topics.
