Lessons are helpful & are good refresher for me. I started applying in my daily works as well. just a small suggestion, improve or revise the questionnaire format.
Amazing initiative.
Its an innovative geeky learning tool - helps us refresh and flex those brain muscles daily!
"In order to be a mentor, and an effective one, one must care. You must care. You don't have to know how many square miles are in Idaho, you don't need to know what is the chemical makeup of chemistry, or of blood or water. Know what you know and care about the person, care about what you know and care about the person you're sharing with – Maya Angelou" Pay It Forward is the cornerstone of a mentor’s efforts in fostering change. Mentoring is all about People, Passion, Stories and Conversation and Trust. It creates endless ripples with no logical boundaries and hence enables the beneficiary to “pay it forward”. The opportunity has been of immense benefit for me and I look forward for enriching conversations with diverse women leaders from all walks of life. Some Leaders are born Women. All our collective experiences and learnings matter now more than ever!!
Though a good micro-learning site, it needs a differentiator in content and engagement.
The lessons with videos were very helpful & interesting. It made me understand where I stand & how much knowledge I have about dealing with day to day office work pressures, completing my targets & being a profit center for my Company. Analyzing my goals & having the intention to achieve them. Working hard towards achieving the success I'm aiming for. Being attentive &an active listener. Being self confident & to strive to become better each day.
I had a very nice experience.
We have a tendency to overrate ourselves and minimize our shortcomings. The questions made me consider specific examples drawn from my experience and made me realize that even after 21 years of experience working, I still have some (a lot) growth to do! The short videos were perfect in length and to the point - informative. I had some technical difficulties, which I think took away from my experience, but forged through it.. not a big deal.
It was very informative and insightful. Thanks.
It was very helpful to understand our students well.
Very good short spurts of micro lessons. Enjoyed the 20 minute tests.
It was a very good experience of learning
More than 60% similarly with our Bed course and also we are experiencing.. It gives review and not new things.. In my point of view no need of extra course time to study. Of course review session boosted me as self motivator and will tackle forthcoming any type of situation. Thanks to team of members...
My GLEAC experience. This was a very unique experience for me. The videos were short and meaningful so it had my complete attention. I loved every minute of completing the lesson. The layout of the lesson, it's briefness and aptness, got me hooked. The questions were personalized, so it made me really reflect on myself while answering them. The topics were relevent. And I believe more people, not just teachers need to be aware of the ideas and practices that Gleac wishes to inculcate. All in all, it was an exciting experience for me and I looked forward to the lessons everyday! P.S. The twenty minute countdown added to the excitement! 😀
The lessons were crisp and clear, last few lessons on collaboration and Emotional intelligence- self regulation were tricky and felt the time limit was not enough to understand the questions properly. Got to know about self awareness and many other important topics.
It was very interesting all the lessons were apt and very practical in our day to day professional life.
GLEAC has this amazing tools and the way they approaches to subject matter is so practical, innovative and so much in relevant in learning and mentoring in these times. They also have very proactive and friendly staff which makes communication so much easier. Good luck team GLEAC.
It was a nice and a quick session, certain places i felt it cud hv been more illustrative, vdo frm seliana Gleac were awesome, they creat a hunger to listen more. Thought they were short, had lots to give out in those few words. Wish to hear more of seminars frm Gleac
The one week on line training which I had throws a glimpse into what soft skills one needs to possess, why we need to have them and different strategies to develop them. It also helps you to understand where you stand in possessing those skills and motivate you to work on them.

Oct 07,2020Keen to see more answers - for now, lessons are quite of a quiz based structure, especially for me who is new to all these concepts - I would want to see more situations case by case basis rather than seeing refresher videos or quizzes.
