I can’t comment on the quality of the product but I never received the order. They use Yodel to deliver, and I wasn’t at home when they tried as I had a bereavement and couldn’t be there. I asked yodel to deliver to my neighbour but this didn’t happen. The only way to get my order was by picking up from the depot an hours drive away. I tried to ask them to re-deliver but this wasn’t permitted and could only speak to a robot. Not ideal. I’m now waiting for a refund, no idea how long this will take!

I purchased the package for a 3-bed house. Delivery and the process of ordering were both seamless. A star was lost due to the brown tape and black rubbish bags not being of the best quality, therefore alternatives needed to be purchased.

I had an issue with the delivery company, Globe packaging were amazing they replced the damaged goods by next day delivery. They also refunded my delivery charge. Their products are great will definitely buy from them again.
