Avoid this firm!!! Zero commitment to the service they render. They still have my LISA funds after several weeks of cancelling my conveyancing process with them. All efforts to get my money back have proved abortive!

Stephen is courteous and professional, whether online or by phone, and we really appreciated his advice and action in resolving an unexpected and late potential issue. Online portal used for forms was easy to access.

I recently used these guys to otbain a mortgage and I honestly haven’t got a bad word to say about the experience. Whenever I was unsure about something in the process they was only an email or call away, the response times via email are impressive. Jack Howell and Ann Merrick was the solicitors who dealt with my case and they was brilliant, very polite , professional and happy to help. They are a credit to the company. On top of that the fees are very reasonable. If your ever looking for a solicitor when applying for a mortgage I’d definitely recommend them based on my experience.

Great service by Chloe, Jordan and Gemma. We found the team to be efficient, personable and responsive. They're just an email away from a case update or guidance. My only suggestion would be to improve the way documents / correspondences / email chains were sent to us. There's a lot of paperwork involved in purchasing a property so at times it was information overload and difficult to understand what needs doing / what has been done. We would definitely use GloverPriest Solicitors again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Terrible. We used Glover Priest for both conveyancing and Will services. Both of these processess contained huge errors including getting our new address wrong, falsly informing us we had exchanged when we hadn't, sending our wills to the incorrect address (even though they were our conveyancing solicitors for our house move, so knew our address!), mis-communicating about fees, sending out wrong documents. Absolute joke all round.

I had the task of selling a property in Birmingham remotely as I had moved to Australia. Stephen and his team, Nadine and Ellie, gave exceptional service in what turned out to be a long and arduous conveyancing process. There were numerous hurdles along the way, the largest being a request from the buyer for a lease extension as a condition of the sale. But Stephen guided me through the process and executed the extension expertly and efficiently. He always replied immediately to my emails and answered my questions clearly and concisely, enabling me to make informed decisions. Considering the amount of work entailed their rate was very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend Stephen and his team at GloverPriest Solicitors for any conveyancing matters.

Chloe and Jordan were always very friendly, informative, and were readily available which was important on the basis I was not local to their office. There was quite a bit of legal wrangling with my purchase and Chloe and Jordan defended my interests well and this left me feeling really reassured. Whenever I had questions they were always rapid to respond which again left me reassured particularly as a first time buyer. Their online portal made submitting documents easy and manageable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone even if like me you live in a different part of the country.

I dont normally leave reviews or feedback but felt strongly regarding this one. Me and my partner sold our home through gloverpriest and have nothing but positive feedback. The communication was great, we received emails back pretty much straight away or within the hour. We were kept in the loop at all times. Being in a chain we had feedback from other people regarding the lack of communication from their solicitors and we felt very lucky that ours were so attentive, approachable and supportive. They made the experience a lot less stressful. We will now pass our positive experiences on to family and friends.
