Avoid! Absolutely a joke. Living a hell. Solicitor constantly off or sick. Never responding on emails, not sending any updates. No communication. We the one who need to email to ask if it any updates & it never is any. We need to do everything by ourselves. Price is expensive and no job done. Please do not use this company if you don’t want to loose time and end up been homeless and without money. Our mortgage offer is expired and we never had job done just because of this lazy, time wasting solicitors. I wish we read feedback before going with this company. Avoid.

I cannot recommend glover priest enough! Jack, Ann and Stephen have kept us up to date in every step of our process. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions but nothing was a hassle for them! They also chased up the sellers solicitors when they were particularly slow in response to them to further speed up the process

Avoid this team at all costs, they are currently contributing to my sale falling through due to extremely disorganized staff who lose communication, and emails never respond. I have been dealing with them since 2021 and they are getting worse.

Awful just Awful To this date we are still finding stupid mistakes failure to register property, incorrect spelling of surnames the list is endless , my advice is avoid and go elsewhere

We are so glad we went with GloverPriest Solicitors. From the moment we put the offer in, to the moment we received our keys, Ummar was amazing and so invaluable to us. He put us at ease throughout the process and explained everything in detail - we always knew what was being done at each step and what this meant. If we were ever unsure about anything, Ummar awlays made time for us and discussed it in the detail that was needed for us. Ummar went over and beyond for us and got us to completion extremely quickly - we are so grateful for his proactiveness and the timely manner in which every step was completed. We are so thankful for the help and experience we received, it made this process totally stress free, something we didn't expect! Stephen and his team Ellie and Nadine at GloverPriest have helped us through a sale and then a separate purchase moving from England to Wales giving a service that is second to none. Stephen's friendly, helpful manner and his knowledge, efficiency and attention to detail have made a very stressful process much less so. Emails are answered on the same day, phone calls are almost always taken and if not they are returned very promptly, there has been no waiting around wondering what's happening, and I have not needed to chase at all. Thanks to Stephen, Ellie and Nadine, we would not have got through this without you!

This is the second time we have used Roxanne at GloverPriest for a buy-to-let sale. Both times Roxanne has done an amazing job but this latest transaction she and Nadine went above and beyond in what ended up being a tricky transaction due to our buyer appointing a nightmare of a solicitor who did not touch the file for two months, refused to respond, required constant chasing and was incompetent and unprofessional. We needed to exchange in the 22/23 tax year and thanks to Roxanne and Nadine's hard work and persistence we got there. Roxanne and Nadine are both a pleasure to deal with, highly competent and professional and constantly kept us informed and turned things around super quick to keep to the deadline. They are a credit to the firm and I can highly recommend.

I recently had a BTL purchase and Shaid was recommended by my mortgage broker. Initially, I was tempted to use my local ones who are far more expensive and not negotiable. I had done several transactions in the past with my local ones but just to realise that you can find a lot better one outside. Shaid was the one I found eventually, who was always there when you need to talk (often unheard of from solicitors as you only get a chance to talk to their secretary). Very polite, helpful and he keeps you updated frequently. Transaction went really smoothly and the best experience I had in many years. Thank you Shaid and Julia for the best and almost stress free experience. I used the latter word since house purchasing is often very stressful where big money is often involved. I have already recommended Shaid and GloverPriest to my friend who is also purchasing a BTL property. All the best Shaid and your team for a fab job.
