What started as a fairly straightforward transaction quickly became far more complicated than anticipated due to seller's solicitors lack of understanding of what was included in the transaction, change of seller's conveyancer and need for creation of a deed of grant. Lesley and Leah dealt with all queries raised in a timely and clear manner and demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Jan 01,2023Had Glover Priest Stourbridge as my conveyancing solicitors and they were slow, unprofessional and rude. I had Dani Mahal and she was practically impossible to get a response from, taking weeks at a time to reply to correspondence. At one point she told me she'd gotten my email but 'hadn't read it because it was too long'. She replied twice to the same email with different answers, and pretty much hit auto-reply any time I asked her to chase up anything. The chain-free process took almost 9 months and I almost lost the purchase due to the incompetent behaviour of my solicitor. I would go ANYWHERE else for conveyancing.
