Oct 22,2024GloverPriest Kings Heath branch dealt with our house purchase as first time buyers. It took longer than we expected (just under 5 months as first time buyers buying a no chain vacant property) however this was due to our original solicitor and the solicitor who took over them leaving the firm so in total we had 3 case handlers. Chloe and Sophie dealt with our case in the end and they were both helpful and responsive. I do believe if Chloe/Sophie had dealt with our case from the start, it would have been a quick and straight forward process. Thanks again Chloe and Sophie.

We thought the charges were reasonable and worth the money. On occasion she calmed us down and gave reassurance! Always needed. At each stage, we felt guided.

Oct 15,2024Offer to completion in 9 weeks. Exceptional. We had previously employed another local firm who provided our conveyancing through a disasterous 4 years of buying and selling. They moved at a snails pace, lost us our first purchase, and eventually racked up 3k in search and solicitor fees. We could not fault Chloe and Jordan who responded to every email speedily and efficiently. We would highly recommend Glover Priest

Oct 09,2024A poor experience for conveyancing services. Poor communication. Only 3 houses in the chain and one mortgage, and yet it was a 16 week process, much too long. If I had not pushed and pushed it would have taken at least 20 weeks. Disappointed with the lack of urgency, service and communication, which added to the stress of moving house.
