Good Life Sorted provides affordable home help services and companionship to elderly people, enabling them to live independently at home. We connect friendly local 'Helpers' who have been vetted, trained and insured with older people to provide a range of services including cleaning and laundry, shopping and errands, meal preparation, medication reminders and transport. We currently operate across Dorset and Hampshire in the south of England.

Sep 06,2023Friendly service which is reliable and caters for my elderly mothers needs. One thing it does is give her independence and enables her to go out, while the family know she is safe and well looked after. She is then able to tell us where and what she as done e.g going to a garden centre, looking around and enjoying tea and cake.

Sep 05,2023This organisation supplied a home helper who sucked the patio doors vertical blinds up the hoover pulling off and damaging around 70% of the bottom chain mechanism- sorry I do not know what that is called. But this happened and was caught on my security cameras. I have video evidence, no question. The helper ghosted me , ignoring my calls and then denied any knowledge of this when I reported it through the organisation. I have cctv footage of the incident but they have declined to assist me to get the blinds repaired. I would have not minded if I had recieved honesty and a repair - or even an apology! But I got nothing. I am now looking for an organisation who respects their clients and does not employ liars.

Aug 20,2023From the start everything was organised quickly and efficiently. The admin had been seamless. With regard to the companion they found for my mother, she is outstanding. Very caring and thoughtful, amenable to changes, additional hours and taking mum out. Nothing is too much trouble. We also used this company for my father in law and again they have found and provided someone who really suits his character and needs.

Jul 08,2023When we first suggested Good Life Sorted to our mum, around 18 months ago, she was very reluctant to accept the help that we could see she needed. We managed to persuade her to give it a go, and it has been an absolute game-changer, particularly as her health and mobility have deteriorated since. Her helper is kind, friendly, efficient; the fees are very reasonable; and everything was very easy to set up. We are extremely satisfied with Good Life Sorted and would recommend this company whole-heartedly.

Oct 02,2023I arrange for my 88 year old mum to get some help as she had broken her collar bone. She was at first a bit worried but after the first visit she was so happy and pleased with Ellie and now I dont think she would be without her. Superb nothing is to much trouble.
