Website advertises 24/7 processing and claims to have a quick turnaround. I’m going on 3 1/2 days with zero communication from them after I paid for a consultation and prescription (outside of the receipt they sent me). I tried contacting support multiple times, no answer in live chat and the phone lines hung up on me without giving me the option to leave a message or request a callback. Now I’m just trying to get a refund
I was very ill with respiratory problems . I'm disabled so it's hard for me to leave my home to get to a doctor and my wife works so much i never see her . Good MDs made the process super easy, fast and affordable . I was close to going to an emergency room and they got me fixed right up .
I have a horrible tooth infection that needed immediate antibiotics. GoodMds was great for that, however the prescription given was wrong which has caused me a world of pain for days on end and I don’t know if I’ll even survive as the infection has spread. I was prescribed 500mg amox-clav to be taken twice a day, but for what I’m suffering from it should have been THREE times a day according to the dentists I have spoken to since. How the doctors there bungled this is beyond me but now the bacteria has spread and is likely resistant. I will need to start a new antibiotic but it will take days for the new one to begin responding, swelling has spread to my throat. I went to the emergency room but wait time was 6 hours, I waited but because my abscess isn’t the size of a grapefruit they didn’t recognize the dire situation and said to give the antibiotics a chance. Three days later with not a single dose missed and it’s only gotten worse and worse
They scammed me. They charged me 79.99 instead of 39.99 . They also said they would treat an std and they did not provide the treatment. I am going to my bank to fight them. Please don't give them your card. They will steal your money and not provide care.

I had been using another company but chose to go with good meds instead due to the lower price. This should’ve been my big red flag, because this definitely fits the saying of you get what you pay for. Not only did the medication arrive warm with a thawed out, warm, ice pack, but when I finished with my old medication and opened up the vials from good meds, I quickly realized they had shorted me on the medication And I know there’s a good chance they’re going to respond to this and say “well you got the three month deal with lower doses”, but there isn’t even enough for those low doses. What they sent me is supposed to last three months. This will maybe get me through a month and a half. I saved hard to be able to do this for myself and unfortunately, I got what I paid for. Do better good meds.

Had a asthma attack after getting a cold and my inhaler was empty. My doctor prescribed me an inhaler but I was waiting on my blood work results. So I was desperate. Looked up online prescription websites on Google and GoodMDs showed up. I was honestly 50/50 I was simply gonna get scammed out of my money but I was desperate at this point. Long story short I opened Google at 6:00pm and had my inhaler in my hand by 7:45pm(15 minutes before pharmacy closed) . This website was a life saver. I can't thank them enough and fully recomend it. I don't know how they do it but this isn't a "too good to be true" website they are the real deal. I paid $40 for my consultation and paid for the medication separately at the pharmacy. The money you pay on GoodMD is NOT for your medication it's for the consultation.
I needed a prescription for strep throat. I went online filled out the request and they took my money at 12:56 PM in the email they sent. It said it will be available in 30 minutes. After waiting an hour I called and they told me it would be two hours from 1256 before I could go to the pharmacy and pick it up. Now it is five hours later and I’ve called four times and I was told there’s nothing I can do. I just have to wait. I noticed however on the receipt they posted the time for 6:56 PM , Which is six hours after the actual transaction. I am frustrated and confused and have wasted a whole day sitting in a pharmacy parking lot on what was promised to be a 30 minute turnaround.
