Jun 04,2021The company always pass on price reductions when applicable and a monthly detailed usage bill is emailed to the customer. Direct debits are always adjusted in line with usage and as a customer I am always kept up to date. Energy prices are always very competitive.

Jun 02,2021GOTO answer the phone with UK based staff. The website works well and it's easy to find what you're looking for. They support smart meters. The tariff is competitive, I could have saved £30/year by changing to GREEN, but I didn't think it was worth the hassle.

Jun 01,2021What can one say. The energy was available 24 hours a day as it is with all suppliers. The the main reason one switches supliers is to get a cheaper deal. Octopus was cheaper but only by £1/month which is not worth the bother changing.
