May 23,2021Good firm to deal with. Competitive pricing. Clear and transparent billing policy with a monthly bill. Can't use our smart meters but hopefully that will change soon. Easy to contact them by e-mail or chat or phone.

The prices for tariffs are V.GOOD iv had no problems at all im V.PLEASED with the service and support i WOULD RECCOMEND this company without a doubt.... thank you and iv signed up for another year AT A EVEN LOWER PRICED TARIFF **BRILIANT**

I made a quick comparison using comparison websites, and found once again that goto energy was my best option. Changed easily onto the new tariff. No problem at all. Happy with their service.
