For more than six months I've been shipped bottles with deformed spouts that don't dispense properly and I need to snip them all before they're usable. There was a brief time when an alternative bottle was shipped which worked great, but then they reverted to the nasty ones. They often ship the wrong strength of e-liquid. On the plus side, the ordering process is super easy and clear, and delivery is always very fast.

GEL were unable to fulfil an order due to missing a particular juice. I have had multiple updates about them waiting for the shipment and even the shipment itself getting stolen. The level of service and updates I have had is not something you expect from businesses, so the fact they have truest gone above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience is greatly appreciated.

I've ordered from there 3 times now...They've had the best price for what I wanted, offer a small discount here and there through a promo code, and most importantly ship very fast - often the next day if you order at a reasonable time. Will keep using them, as long as they maintain this level of service. Happy customer.
