Jan 12,2023I have ordered probably around 10 times from this company and they have always been fantastic. Orders have always been delivered really quickly, emails frequent to keep me in the loop, and ordered correct. However, i most recently ordered on Monday 9/1/23 for 3 packs of 5 liquids (15 total) and only got 2 boxes. I have emailed them and will wait for their response. They have always been a great company and very reliable, and I expect this is just a one off experience. Would definitely buy again. Will update with the result of the missing pack! Update: They replied back within 10 mins of me sending the email! Turns out it was a stock issue it wasn’t mentioned in my order confirmation or shipping email as I have just checked but glad it is resolved :)

Dec 20,2022Placed my order to ensure I had plenty of liquid over the Xmas period. All of my items were correctly delivered. There was a minor delay in receiving the goods but that was due to Royal Mail industrial action. Really happy to have received my order in full pre Xmas.

Dec 15,2022Ordered online and has been 6 days since my product for vape has not came. I tried emailing and calling but no response. Even got an email added more charges and I payed for that as well still nothing and no update when asked to follow up. Edit: Royal Mail was to blame and when got contacted by emails they cleared up everything and were very nice. Hence why changing the review!

Dec 04,2022I ordered vgod cubano silver, in my opinion, this is the perfect flavour, I don't like tobacco flavours, and I don't like the sweet stuff, but the cuban cigar, vanilla, brown sugar, and honey just hits the nail on the head for someone like me, I don't want anything else apart from this

Nov 23,2022I have used this eliquid company for about three months and every time I have ordered the products have been great. I also think the delivery service is one of the best I have used. Spend £20 and your order is at your door the next day with royal mail. Excellent service.
