May 25,2022Staff member not very understanding of sensitive patients, trouble carrying out the PCR due to nasal sensitivity his words words were “that will have to do” later received a positive covid test which I am sure was down to the test not being carried out properly. Hence trip to America cancelled at very last moment. Very disappointed made worse by negative LTF test at home.

May 24,2022My appointment was at 08:00 at Exeter airport this was the time I had my jab. On leaving I was given a voucher wmhich entitled me to free car parking and on exit this worked first time. I was back on the road to Plymouth ferry port to catch my Ferry in good Time. Mike Hall
