They were straightforward in explaining the problems of the old computer and found a reconditioned one to replace it at a good price. That price also included setting up the new computer for use and helping with sorting out problems in transferring emails etc in the following weeks. They were patient with ignorance of the subject and willingly gave the necessary time to help.
