Customer service agent called Mel is a diamond, they are lucky to have her over there. Got an iMac and there were a few additional marks on the screen due to it being a high gloss screen during delivery. She was willing to replace or give a partial refund of 10%, can't ask fairer than that. Business with them again anytime, thank you. Loyal customer here, I will return! Purchased a tower PC from them, ordering was very easy and pricing very acceptable. Received the item free next day delivery, it was packed in original box which was inside a larger box for protection. Item which was a grade B was in very good condition, some slight marks which you would expect but no physical damage.
