Bought a laptop for my son going off to uni. The customer service was above expectations. Arriving at the shop all assistants were friendly and helpful with a customer directed approach which made a refreshing change from other larger suppliers. Quick, no nonsense. However they do need to consider adding instructions re how to rebook the delivery slot if you are not in, it happened that we were around for the day they told us it would arrive.

Speedy delivery, excellent product, exactly as described, very pleased with the performance and price. Service is fairly basic, with no accompanying info about the device, but then no extras were promised or expected. I would definitely use Grade A again and would be pleased to recommend them.

Ordered grade A dell XPS, very quick next day delivery, pristine condition. It is refurbished one as i can make out from the back panel screws. But working like it should be. At 30%less than brand new market price. 1 star less coz it didn't have necessary adapter and dongle which normally comes with it, also no box. It wasn't the problem if the item description had mentioned it.

Monitor arrived promptly and in what can only be described as brand-new condition. It’s a refurbished model, and I am not sure of the nature of its refurbishment. Needless to say that it is working as if it were brand new, and couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
