I wanted a larger screen and the ability to hold a magnified text size across a number of applications without adjustment. I was ushered, with a smile, into the workspace and introduced to the team members. They listened to me patiently, asked me pertinent questions, responded helpfully to my queries and left me with a couple of options to ponder. I returned two days later, accepted the proffered trade-in figure for my current laptop and chose a refurbished, much newer model from the same manufacturer. One of the team spent time to make sure I was happy with the data transfer, the system settings and so on. The whole transaction was within my budget and I have the assurance of post-sales support, should I need it, from approachable, knowledgeable, competent people. Unhesitatingly recommended.

Oct 30,2023Generally very happy. My only slight complaint is that there are quite a few large deep scratches to the frame of the monitor and the one connect box that comes with it. But the screen is excellent so I can put up with that.

Bought a used (Grade A) HP laptop, which is basically in "like new" condition and came with a natty laptop bag. Also needed a higher spec laptop, so came back and found a new(ish) Dell XPS, which was incredible value & is great so far. I will be back. 👍
