What a brilliant company, with perfect staff. I purchased a Mac pro a few days before Xmas and they went above and beyond to get it delivered before Xmas day as it was a present for my son. A great experience and superb quality. I can't praise this company enough. First class

I ordered a hospitality television in error which was completely my fault, I was struggling to access everything I could on there and so contacted the company for support. I don’t think I have ever received better customer care than here. A very special thanks to Tracey who really helped and was just such a lovely lady from start to finish - a credit to the company. Tracey arranged for an engineer to contact me to talk me through setting up my television, he was also a very nice man who answered all my questions and walked me through it bit by bit. Tracey contacted me in the week on several occasions just to check everything was working as it should be and despite it being my fault initially, she said it was okay for me to return if needed. However once I had spoke to the engineer a return was not needed. I felt as a customer I was valued and important . I would absolutely purchase from this company again and recommend it 10000% to family and friends The customer care is outstanding and it really did shine above the rest, but I must also add that the product was in immaculate condition and the delivery was very quick. Five star all the way!

Great customer support. An issue with delivery was dealt with. The reconditioned Samsung Tablet A7 came in its original box with cables. The tablet appears brand new. It charged up and is now operational. Very happy with this purchase.

After looking for ages for a decent refurbished laptop, I came across Grade A Technology and, after comparing their products and prices with various others, I decided to purchase from them. Can't fault anything about this company or their service. The laptop I ordered arrived very quickly and was in better condition than I expected - so a very nice bonus! Would definitely recommend.

I was dubious at first as Id never heard of this company but did a few searches for reviews and then made my order. The process was simple and efficient and I was given details of when the shipping was going to happen. Item arrived in great condition and much cheaper than anywhere else. The owner contacted me a week later to ask if I was satisfied. Great service all around!!

Couldn't get a Samsung G9 direct from the manufacturer and after wading through advert with extortionate prices I finally landed on Gradeatechnology.co.uk who were advertising a refurbished unit in 'as new' condition. I was reassured by Tracey on live chat about the condition and warranty and they were quick to dispatch the item which arrived the following Monday (ordered last thing on Friday). All working great and as described. My only small caveat is there were no instructions or documentation in the box probably as its a refurbished unit, you can get the user manual from the website so its not a huge deal but it would be awesome if you could include it in the box for future customers. Fantastic service! Highly recommended.
